The next day, In the Classroom. The class was very silents about the Decree's hat was announced yesterday. No one dare to speak after this serious announcement got announced. Everyone is just doing their own things now, not being able to leave Japan, is already quite hard for them to accept. Until the silents was broke by Aizawa, who came in for homeroom.

Aizawa:' *Sigh* That sudden announcement seriously put a impact to them. Especially Y/n...' Morning.

" Good morning, Mr Aizawa."

Aizawa: All of you heard yesterday announcement, right? I'll get straight to the point. 

Mina: Mr Aizawa, what's going on? The Raiden Shogun, The Sakoku Decree and The Vision Hunt Decree.

Kirishima: Not to mention, a duel before the throne? People who lost the duel to the Raiden Shogun or the General will be executed?! Isn't that going too far?

Sato: What about the government? Aren't they going to do anything about it? 

Aizawa: There's someone above the governments, but you could say that they are above all normal governments.

Kaminari: A higher up governments?

Ida: Then, who are they?

Y/n: The Tri-Commission. That is led by the three clan heads.

Everyone looks at Y/n with somewhat curious eyes.

Y/n: *sigh* The Tenryou Commission that was led by the Kujou Clan. They are the ones who handle military and police affairs.

Y/n: The Kanjou Commission led by the Hiiragi Clan. They manage the finances of nation supervises the borders of Japan. Also handles mercantile and bureaucratic (official) affairs. 

Y/n: Lastly, the Yashiro Commission led by the Kamisato Clan. We are the one responsible for ceremonial affairs, celebratory events and public festivals. We also manage shrines and temples.

Sero: Wait. Wait. Wait. Y/n, what you're trying to say is that... Your clan and the other two clans are the highest above all governments?!

Y/n: Indeed. 

Aizawa: Didn't I said that yesterday?

Aizawa: Even though the Yashiro Commission is the closest to her. It's hard to change her mind. We only have little information on her, regardless the number of meetings they had with her.
