Lost in Reality and the Heart

6 AM
At the Hospital, Y/n was in a private room, wearing an oxygen mask. He's been sweating a lot and has been having nightmares the entire night. His private doctor has been checking up on him every two hours. 

When the doctor went in, he saw Y/n starting toss and turn. Assuming that he's having another nightmare. Since he's still wearing an oxygen mask, he went over and open up a lavender incense to help him.

Doctor: *Checking Y/n's medical report* 

A knocking sound disturb the Doctor's concentration. He looks over who it is and saw Aizawa and All Might. 

All Might: Excuse me, are you Y/n's private doctor?

Doctor: Yeah, I am. May I help you?

Aizawa: We want to talk about Y/n.

The private doctor looks back at Y/n and look at Aizawa and All Might. 

Doctor: Let's take this outside. 

Outside

Doctor: *Closes doors* What did you two want to know about?

Aizawa: How is he?

Doctor: You must've known about his trauma about 6 years ago. Since then, his mental health hasn't been the best, only recently he's improving day by day. Until yesterday...

Doctor: He has been having nightmares and keeps on tossing and turning, sweating a lot. I have to check on him every 2 hours and uses incense to help him to sleep more. 

Doctor: Except for the burns on his hands, panic attack and the smoke that he inhales, there's nothing else. Scans, fractures, we've check everything.

Doctor: He hasn't wakes up though. And I'm not sure how he will react. 

Aizawa: Thanks for taking care of him.

Doctor: It's my duty as a doctor after all. Besides, aren't the two of you his teachers? I also have to thank you for helping him. 

All Might: We're all worried about him. As his teachers, we have to look out for our students too.

Doctor: I have to went back in to continue his checkup. Please wait outside.

Aizawa and All Might nods at him and stayed outside to wait. An hour later, the two of them heard some footsteps heading their way, when they lift their head up. They saw Edgeshot, Best Jeanist and Ryukyu.

Ryukyu: How is he?

Aizawa: For now, his mental health i-

???: Stop! I'm sorry... I failed... 

Inside the Room, Y/n was having another nightmare again. 

" You've failed. Failed to save your only family. You deserved all the suffering."

Y/n: I'm sorry... I'm truly sorry... I've failed...

" You're the reason why they're dead! You can't do anything right! You always bring troubles to others!"

Y/n: Stop! I... I...

" You don't deserve to live. Just die. They'll be better off if you didn't exist in the first place."

The next nightmare Y/n is about to witness, he saw the explosions again. He saw Thoma at the entrance, trying to reach out to him. Instead, he was shaken awake and that shocks him. 

He jolted up, panting. He felt something on his face and attempts to take it off. Until his private doctor gently grabs his hands and talks in a soft and gentle voice.
