Monoma: Hahaha!!! I'm pulling the strings!

Tsukauchi: *On Comms* As expected, he brought a large army with him. All squad, move!

All Might: *On Comms* If he gets One for All, then there's no need for him to run and hide anymore! We'll end it here... and this is where we're planning to start!

Soon both sides rush towards each other, starting the final battle between All for One and One for All. Shigaraki is in the back, was about to touch the ground but stop.

Dabi activates his blue flames on his fist, rushing over to Endeavour who is also rushing over.

Dabi shoots out his flames but got block by a wall of ice. This creates a shockwave as the ice breaks apart, Dabi looks in front of him and saw Todoroki.

Todoroki: I won't let you, idiot brother! 

Dabi: Shoto! 

All for One: *Floats above* You're gathering in droves... Are you planning a free for all here? 

All Might: *On Comms* Activate Operation Troy! 

Below the villains, multiple cages appear from the ground, capturing each of the main villains apart. 

Dabi: Cages? You think these'll hold us? 

Inside of All for One's cage

All for One:' They should know that these will be torn apart in seconds. So why did they use it at such a large scale?'

At the Police HQ

Tsukauchi: It'll work this time, All Might.

All Might: Yeah.

Tsukauchi: It's a plan we all refined together. I'm sure it'll go well. We weren't able to bring him down before. Your stomach was gouged out. But you and I are both still alive! 

Tsukauchi: We can do it this time, All Might!

All Might: Yeah.

Back at the battlefield

All for One:' I see, All Might. I know what you're after.'

All Might:' Away from UA, away from the makeshift fortress. We needed to do all this!'

The cages that's confining the villains starts moving as there's rocket activated. 

All Might:' To make you overconfident and draw you out. And then-'

Monoma: I'm pulling the strings!

Midoriya: Now, everyone! Get in there!

All for One:' You're trying to split us up!'

Behind the cages, Monoma uses warp on it and the heroes uses all their might to push them in.

Toga: Break them. *Thinks about Midoriya standing there* Hurry.

Dabi: Cages like this... *Uses his flames* won't last three seconds! *Looks up* Huh?

Todoroki: Those three seconds... is what we need! 

Everyone was sent to different location, dealing with different villains. Limiting the villain's movements. As every other cage was pushed in, Shigaraki's is the last one.
