Part 6 Rekeem

Part 6 'Rakeem'

I stretch my arms as the sun glared in my eyes. I opened my eyes realizing I wasn't in my room. I sat up rubbing my back, was which hurt from sleeping on the hard ground. I look over fast to see if Meeria was there. She was gone which made me panic. I jump up off the floor studying the room. I looked and looked she was no where to be found.

I mind link Raja 'Where's my mate?'

 I picked up my shirt and put it on waiting for him to mind link me back. I paced the room waiting finally I couldn't take it anymore I ran out of the room looking for her. I ran down the flight of stairs the fastest I ever ran. I got to the bottom of the stairwell and pulled the door open. I ran out at full speed. I picked up my speed as soon as I saw Raja. I slammed him against the wall.

 "Why didn't you mind link me back!?!"

'Meeria'

I looked over as he slept so peaceful and quiet. I smiled and pulled myself from under him. As gently as I could so he wouldn't notice. I got from under him and took the blanket from the window. I walk over to the basket of food and grabbed it. I put the blanket on top of the food and walked over to the door. I tip toed until I made it to the door. I opened the door slowly so it wouldn't creak.

CREAK!!!

My heart stopped. I looked back at him and froze. I stood still while he turned over. I took a deep breath and continued. I walk down the stairs but first shut the door slowly and carefully so I wouldn't wake him up. I got to the bottom of the stairwell and put my hood on. I opened the door and walk in the hallway. Trying to remember which way we went. I creeped through the hallway not wanting to wake anybody up. I passed the beautiful plantings and statues we past before. They are more beautiful in the dark as the moon shined on everything which made it twinkle. I felt like I was in dream.

 I whispered "This isn't real."

 I pinched myself to see if I wasn't dream.

"Ouch."

 I'm definally not dreaming. I continued to walk remember everything. I walked into the room we first kissed. I pulled the curtain back and walked in. It was pitch black, I couldn't see a thing, so I bent down and felt the ground. I moved my hand on top of a cold metal. I smiled to myself. Bingo! I picked my knife feeling the jewels. I stood up and put it in my basket. I put my arms out and felt for the curtains. I pulled the curtains back and walked into the room which was lightly lite by the moon. It was the dinning hall everyone ate at. I remember exactly where I am at. I walked over to another curtain that lead out the hall. When something grabbed my arm. I knew it wasn't Rakeem because I didn't feel the shock. I took a deep breath and tried to hold my composer.

The deep manly voice asked "Where do you think you're going?"

 My heart stopped.

I tried to sound as innocent as I could, "Back to the room."

I snatch my arm away from him. I felt him study my face. Even though the light from the moon was giving of, there just wasn't enough light to to see his face. He was just a tall figure.

He chuckled, "No you're not. You're trying to escape. Aren't you?"

 I frowned at him was I that readable?

 He continued, "What do you think the king would think of this?"

 I rolled my eyes and replied "I don't care what the King says about it. He isn't my King. I serve no one."

 He just stood there studying me.

"I like you. We need more people like you in the kingdom."

  I gave him a confused look.

He continue "How about this. If you help me with a couple of my problems, I'll promise you that I will make sure you will get out of here safely."

 I don't know what to do I replied "What do you need help with?"

 He chuckled in a evil way "Now I can't tell you until you agree."

 We stood there in silence.

I broke the silence "If I am to help you. You must help my sister to."

 He said "As long as you agree your wish is my command."

 I sighed and put my hand out and said "Deal."

He grabbed my hand roughly. He squeezed my hand as his nails went deeper into my skin. I tried not to cry out. I tried pulling my hand back but there was no use he was to strong. I fell to the ground as tears fell down my face.

Finally he let go and said "You made a deal with the devil, if you break it I'll kill you and the your beloved mate and your little sister."

 He kicked me in the stomach and spat on me.

"Tomorrow night I'll be looking for you. I'll find you regardless. So don't try to hide."

He walked out as I laid on the floor crying my heart out. What was I thinking?

I wiped my eyes off and sat up. I sobbed as I put my hands to my face.

 I whispered "I can't leave now."

 I sighed and stood up. I wiped the last bit of tears off my face. I looked for the door we came in through. I walk through the hallway. I found the room where they kept all the girls. I looked around. I found my sister laying there peacefully. I tip toe to her. I kneeled down and snuggled up to her.

She looked back and whispered "Meeria?"

 I smiled and said "I love you." She put her head back down and went back to sleep. I drifted to sleep with her.

'Rakeem'

"Sire please. She's fast asleep with her sister."

I put him down and asked "Her sister?"

 Raja nodded his head "Yes sire. Come see."

 He gesture me to follow him. We walk down the hallway as I followed him. The more I walk the more I could smell her scent. My heart started to flutter of the thought of her. Raja stopped and pulled back the curtain and bowed. My eyes went straight to her. She looked so beautiful just laying there as her hair covered her peaceful face. I stood there and smiled. Happy I found her.
