Jaehaera refused to talk with Viserys. She is always in her chamber except when she is going for a walk with her father. Ser edric guarding her room is given instructions to not let viserys meet her. Alicent wants this marriage to end by all costs. Rhaenyra and her children should not live in seven kingdoms. She wants Rhaenyra to write away her claim. Once she got that, she will kill them all.

Aegon noticed her sadness. She was calm and happy when she came here. Now she is not talking to anyone. Aegon is getting depressed due to pressure for Baelon betrothal from his mother and his wife's angry reaction to that. He wanted to drink but he didn't want to fail his children once more.

Jaehaera is avoiding viserys but Helena is still fond of him. She goes on dragon rides with him. They go into the city and see plays. Viserys will go crazy otherwise. He keeps sending little notes to Jaehaera with the help of helena. Helena keeps it in the Jaehaera room for him. He writes how he misses her, how she looked beautiful in the garden.

She reads the notes. She didn't know who is helping him. Alicent said to her that viserys will marry his sister visenya. They are probably sleeping with each other already.She shouldn't care about him. Jaehaera felt unhappy hearing that. She didn't show it.

Aemond started reading books about the long winter. He found some letters between the citadel and crown stating there are some dangerous things in the North. It will gain immense power during the long winter. We all should be ready when the time comes. Rhaenyra was saying the truth.

He understands why his father always wanted peace in the family. He is angry at his father who chose rhaenyra with that responsibility. Aegon is worthless too. He was the one who deserved to know it. He didn't know who will be the prince that was promised. He now wants her daughter to marry prince Baelon. Aemond told his brother for all his loyalty to the family and her daughters suffering, he feels his daughter should be next queen.

Aegon wants to kill them all. They are torturing him with his son's betrothal. He started drinking again to avoid answering them. Jaehaera was told the king is resting. He won't walk with her today.

Jaehaera got sick again. It has been 5 times in a row now. She is not bleeding every month as before. Her days have become irregular. Every time she gets a fever.Initially she thought it is because of the torture when she was captured. It happened in dragonstone and shield islands too.

Once she stops bleeding, she becomes fine. Her fever is gone. Maesters came to check her. She told them the same.

Alicent and Aegon got worried.Viserys wanted to see her too. The Queen asked the knights to let him in. She didn't want him to run away. Maester said it's not dangerous, your grace. But there is a small concern.

Aegon asked them what it is? Viserys suggested they can discuss it later as jaehaera should get some rest. Viserys stayed with her. Others went outside with the maesters.

They said the princess had few miscarriages before. She was injured when she was taken captive. It is very difficult for the princess to get pregnant. There are chances that she may never get pregnant.

Alicent and Aegon got shocked. The Queen was relieved that her son doesn't have to marry her now. Alicent refused to believe them. She threatened to kill them. One of the maesters said, we said the same to Viserys in dragonstone. More it is happening again, lesser her chances to get pregnant.

Viserys is sitting in her bed. Jaehaera didn't speak with him. He just messaged her legs as she was resting. Aegon called viserys to his chambers. He left the room once aegon called him.

When he entered the room, Alicent asked him,What did you do to her? Did you poison her?

He replied calmly, I didn't do anything. I didn't even touch her when she got sick in dragonstone. You can ask maids and guards.
