The pups were eating breakfast at the Lookout. They finally found time to do so, but even when they were eating the all they could think about was Tracker. They liked him even if they rarely saw him. "Poor Tracker." Skye said, stopping herself and the others from eating. The others were silent, but they shared the sentiment Skye had. "We should go more often. Sometimes, I forget that he even exists." Rocky said, breaking the silence. "That was rude, Rocky." Rubble said. "But accurate. I sometimes forget about him, too." Chase defended Rocky. "What's up, pups? Something wrong with the food?" Ryder asked, coming out of the building. "Just talking about Tracker." Zuma answered the question. "You all feel bad for him too, huh? The boy responded. The pups only nodded. "I wish we can visit, but we need to be here in case something happens." The pups were in silance. They knew he was right.
Back in the jungle, Tracker and Carlos were approaching the temple, the young adult found. "How come you didn't tell me about this temple earlier?" Tracker asked. "Well, you looked sick when I found it. I felt your recovery was more important." Carlos explained. Tracker smiled and wagged his tail in happiness. "At least I have you. You are my best amigo Carlos. You would never leave me, right?" Tracker asked. "Never." Carlos responded. As they reached the entrance of the temple, Carlos equipped Tracker with a flashlight, and he pulled out one from his backpack for himself. They entered the ancient building. It was spacious inside, with big room directly after the entrance. At the end of the room, there were 2 doors. "Well, one door for you and one for me." Carlos said. Tracker looked through the doors and saw the darkness inside. "You think we should split?" Tracker asked with a hint of fear in his voice. Carlos thought for a moment, then recalled that his pup was afraid of the dark. "Sorry, I forgot you are afraid of the dark. Let's go through the door on the right." He suggested. Tracker nodded. So they did. Their flashlights were turned on, and running at max luminosity, they walked together although in silence. Carlos felt a bit awful for forgetting his pup's fear. "Tracker?" Carlos spoke. The pup turned around instantly. "I-I forgot you are scared of darkness." Carlos said. "Don't sweat it. It happens." Tracker smiled and turned back to continue their expedition. Every step they took made an echo. The hallway resonated because of this. As they were walking, Tracker stopped abruptly. "Carlos, wait! Trampas explosivas. Booby traps ahead." He called out. Carlos shined his flashight at the floor and saw that 6 feet from them, there were multiple holes in the ground. The young adult reached into his pocket and grabbed a marble, and rolled it towards the holes. As the object was rolling, it hit the trigger, and spears came out of the holes and hit the ceiling to stop. "Good call out, Tracker." Carlos said. Tracker barked once for his tools. "There must be something we can use to cut the spears." Tracker said. Carlos looked for a bit and found a tool that looked like a saw. Tracker used it to cut their way through the weapons.
Back in Adventure Bay, the pups were cleaning the yard. Due to the vast amount of missions, they did not have time to clean. "Are we really that messy?" Zuma asked. "It sure looks like it." Chase responded. "How long have we been doing this?" Rubble asked. "An hour. But we are almost done." Rocky said after putting a few toys away in a chest. Marshall was walking around with a garbage bag hanging out of his mouth while Skye was throwing garbage in it. The pups continued for a few more minutes. Once done, they laid down to rest. "All done." Skye said. Ryder approached them once he finished cleaning his room. "Great job, pups!" Ryder said. The pups smiled, and Skye and Marshall stood up to throw away the bag. As they reached the dumpster, Marshall threw the plastic bag inside. Skye looked around to see if there was any trash anywhere. Then was when she noticed something shining on the ground. She walked closer and realized that what she found was Tracker's necklace with a group photo inside of it. "Crap." She said. "What happened?" Marshall asked. "Remember the necklace we gave Tracker for hus birthday but got lost last time he came to visit? I found it." Skye said while putting on the necklace. "Come, let's go tell Ryder." Marshall said. The two ran towards Ryder, who was stroking Rocky's head. "Ryder! We found Tracker's necklace!" Skye yelled as they came closer. "The one with the group photo?" Ryder asked, stopping what he was doing. "That one, yeah." Marshall said. "We should tell him Ryder." Chase said. Ryder thought for a moment, then smiled. "You know what? Let's go and give it back to him." Ryder said. The pups got excited, jumping up and down. Quickly, they packed everything they needed and got ready for the trip.
