Everest and Tracker rushed towards the camp. Carlos was there in deep sleep. "Carlos!" Everest yelled as they ran into the camp. The noise woke up the adult who rushed to her. "What happened Everest?" He asked. The two pups took a moment to catch their breath then the Husky responded. "It's Tracker. He is disappearing." She said panicking. Calos looked at her with a look of confusion on his face. "Who?" He responded. "No, no, no. Not you too! Tracker. Your pup. Your best friend for years now. You two found a bracelet in a temple. Now everyone is forgetting him." She explained. "What are you talking about? I never had a pup." Carlos replied. "¡A la mierda con esto! ¿Por qué todo lo malo siempre me pasa a mí?" Tracker yelled out in frustration. "Calm down Tracker. It's going to be okay." She tried to calm him down. "Everest? Did a bug bite you? Are you okay?" Carlos said concerned. "Carlos I'm fine, but Tracker is vanishing. You have to remember him." Everest said but Carlos had no idea what or who she was talking about. Frustrated she realised if anyone Skye might be able to remember him. In her eyes she was their best shot. "Come Tracker! Let's see if we can make the pups remember you." The Husky said and Tracker followed her as they rushed for the Patroller. "Robo-pup! Full speed back home. Now!" Everest ordered and the robot obeyed. Carlos couldn't do anything but blink in confusion.
About halfway through the journey Tracker became more and more see through. "Why are you disappearing?! I still remember you. I can still see you!?" Everest panicked. "It doesn't matter. One soul is not enough. At least 5 other people have to be able to do the same for the curse to go away. You mentioned that you will try to make Skye remember. It might happen. But my destiny had already been decided." Tracker said accepting his faith. But Everest slapped him. "No, Tracker! Don't give up yet. You will live to see another day." Everest said, now composed. Tracker looked at her in shock, but he knew she did not mean any harm. It was close to midnight by that point, half the road was ahead of them and Tracker was slowly vanishing. "We are running out of time." Tracker said. "Can this thing go faster?" Everest asked. The robot shook its head in response. They were at top speed already. "Well I still have 12 hours left." Tracker said. This made the Husky a bit more nervous. Although she had a plan, Everest had no idea how to make it work. Will Skye remember him somehow? How will Everest make Skye remember.
