Carlos, Everest and Tracker were sitting inside the the partoller in silence. Carlos, close to falling asleep, looked at Everest. "Sorry for how I acted earlier." Carlos said. "Everest looked at him with a half smile on her face. "Carlos, I know you feel bad about Tracker, but it's okay." She responded. Carlos nodded in response as he closed his eyes to sleep a little but quickly he opened them up as something clicked in his mind. "What do you think of the situation?" Carlos asked. "I believe you. Because I know who and where he is." Everest said. Carlos was shocked at this response. "And where is he? How do you know where he is?" The young adult replied with a spark of hope in his eyes but a hint of doubt and confusion in his voice. "This might sound strange to you, but believe me when I say this. Tracker is sitting next to me." She explained. "Oh." Carlos said with disappointment in his voice. "Wait Carlos! Hear me out. You see the bracelet you two found made Tracker invisible and made everyone forget who he is. Except you and I." Everest continued. "And you can see him while I don't. Everest you have a messed up sense of humor. But that could be my clue to give up. Tracker might have been the creation of my mind all along." Carlos said laying down, going to sleep. "Wait, no, I'm serious." Everest pleaded with him. "Right. Please stop making fun of me. I get it. I'm a lunatic." Carlos said now blocking her out of his mind. She called his name a few times but no response. Once she gave up she turned towards Tracker who was completely destroyed on the verge of crying. "Oh no, no, no. Please don't cry. It's going to be okay." Everest said hugging Tracker who was sobbing at this point. "Por qué Dios me castiga? What did I do to deserve this?" Tracker said full on crying by the end. "Hey now. Calm down Tracker. We will fix this." She said. They separated and Everest whipped away the tears. Tracker looked in her eyes and she smiled at him. In turn he returned the smile. They hugged one more time. "Thank you. You are the best." Tracker said. "Thank you but that is what friends are for." She said. This caused Tracker to let her go instantly. "What?" She said confused. "Sorry Everest. Just something came into my mind. It's nothing important." Tracker responded. The rest of the ride was super silent.

Once they reached the camp Carlos was woken up by Everest. Robo-pup had to be put on charge so Everest was about stay for a while. "Well, do whatever you wish Everest. If you are in any danger, well call me I guess." Carlos said leaving the two pups alone. "So, ahora que?" Tracker asked. "Show me the temple. Maybe we find inside how we can remove that thing off you." Everest said. Tracker nodded for her to follow him. The walk was super quiet. Whatever came into Trackers mind made him change his attitude, and it did not go unnoticed. "Tracker stop please." She said. Tracker turned around and looked at the Husky. "What happened with you Tracker?" Everest asked. "What do you mean?" Tracker asked. "You said something irrelevant came into your mind earlier, apparently it's not that irrelevant if you had a mood change because of it." The Husky said. "Oh that. Well since you are the only one who seems to care for me in the whole Paw Patrol I can say you might be my best friend now." He gave a disappointed sigh and sat down, Everest did the same. "I feel like aside from Carlos and you, I have no real friends. Like I said. The others barely make time for me. They don't call, reach out, or anything at all. Maybe we shouldn't look for a solution, it's not like it will change anything." Everest sat there and listen to him. As she was about to respond she was cut off by Tracker. "I know that they are busy. I never said they have to drop the gun and come visit everytime I feel lonely. But...Let's just continue." Tracker sat up. "Tracker..." Everest said while her friend was walking away. She got up and followed him. She was fearing Tracker might have depression. "Maybe I should somehow stay here with him after the bracelet gets removed." She thought to herself.

Later they arrived at the temple, Tracker turned his flashlight on and took the lead. "Look out for traps. Last time spears were about to kill me and Carlos." Tracker said. Everest came closer to her friend. From the few light rays that hit Trackers face she could see that he was still upset. "How long do you feel this way?" Everest asked. "A few months. No es un gran trato." Tracker said. "It is Tracker. I'm no psychologist, but I can see that you are depressed." She replied. Tracker stopped and looked at her. "It's just this situation. I fear I will be alone forever from now on." Tracker said looking down. "Not as long as I'm alive. Even if we do not find anything, I will make sure you are never alone." The Husky said. Tracker looked up and smiled. "Thank you." Tracker said. "Now come here." Everest said asking for a hug, that Tracker was all in for. After a few moments they separated. Now that Tracker felt better the two continued their journey down the hall. They passed the spears and arrived in the room where the bracelet was. "There. There we found this thing." Tracker said pointing at the little platform the cursed object was. "Let's look around. Maybe we can find something that can help you take it off. The two pups split. Tracker barked and and another flashlight popped out of the backpack. He gave Everest his backup flashlight that they fixed in a pocket of her backpack, unfortunately the light was kinda dim because of the low battery. She had to go closer to whatever she was inspecting. A few hours passed and nothing found. "I give up." Tracker said. "Don't talk like this Tracker." Everest said. "It's been hours. And we found nothing." Tracker said. Just then Everests flashlight died. "Great." Everest said. "Can we go now. There is nothing in here." Tracker said. Everest came closer to him. "Just give it a few more minutes. There is no way they left this here just like that." She said. "Well all that remained are the walls. Well let's see it then." The two walked to the closest wall and lord behold, there was writing on a wall. "Told you." Everest said pushing gently Trackers side. Tracker giggled a bit then they came closer. "Can you read it? I don't understand this language." Everest asked. Tracker focused the light on the writing. and started reading. "It says that the bracelet was the property of a priestess. She was caught doing something...the writing is unreadable. The bracelet was cursed by her before dying. She said the one the bracelet gets worn by becomes deleted from peoples memory and unable to be seen, heared or sensed. Once the closest person in the life of the person forgets about him he has one day to live. Then the person vanishes from existence." Tracker explained. Everest gasped. "The only proven method to break the curse is to remind people of the existence of the cursed one. Great, how do we do it?" Tracker said. "Wait how come I can see you?" Everest asked. "Well it says those who know true loneliness may be unaffected by the curse." Tracker said.

After a few minutes the two pups left the temple. "Damn. It's almost night time." Everest said looking at the sky. "Umm Everest?" Tracker said with a concerned look. As she turned towards Tracker and she let out a gasp of shock. Tracker was partially see through. "Carlos. Forgot me." Tracker said. "The timer has started." Everest responded.
