I headed for Xianle. Brother can handle giving rain to Yong'An while I go tend to some things in our kingdom. It was a few days, but I didn't notice much out of the ordinary, aside from the amount of Yong'An refugees. but as time continued on, there wasn't anything out of the ordinary. If anything, everything was going well. I checked on Honger every so often; he and Chun have been practicing with wooden sabres I left for them. I will never tell the boys about that, though. Chun excelled with the sabre, while Honger looked like he could become much more capable with a curved blade of some kind. I will have to go see the blacksmiths to get something made that he could work with once he was ready. But with every new refuge, there was something I needed to step in on. not visibly, of course. At one point, a man from Xianle began yelling at Yong'An's children after they bumped into him by accident. I used some ice and snow I conjured to create a snow being that looked similar to me, and thankfully a temple of mine and brothers, so it wouldn't look too strange. It ran over to the situation and blocked the man from the children. The look on the man's face was confusion and awe. The creation took the kids hands and led them away, taking them back to their family. The kids and family thanked the creation before it vanished. then when I left a note for mother and father, I was somehow seen by mother through a reflection in the mirror.

"Mei?" I turned to her, and my heart had made a cold spike in my chest. i looked to here while her back was actually to me, then i looked to the mirror she was looking at, and i saw myself in the mirror. My eyes widened, and I frozen in place. I almost had a heart attack because I promised not to be seen unless completely necessary. mother turned to me, but my spell was still up, which made me confused. I will assume that it's a downside to the spell; we could see it in the reflective surface of anything, making the spell useless in that situation. When Mother turned to me, I stayed still, hoping the spell was still up.

"I must be seeing things," the mother told herself and shook her head. i left the mirrors view quickly before she saw me again.something strange was happening not long after that, the people of Xianle began to gather in a rather large group.

"your highness!" i heard Feng Xin's voice. i turned and saw him rush over carrying his dark bow.

"Xin Xin? what is it?" i asked while standing with him on the rooftop.

"Yes, Yong'An refugees are becoming too much," he explained.

"what? how?" he only pointed, turning my attention to a long line of people arrested and being led up to a stand in front of the crowd of people with guards everywhere. "which ones are Yong'An?"

"all of them." Feng Xin told me with a serious expression. i looked between him and the people down below.

"Stay up here; if this gets worse, fire an arrow." i told him before jumping off the rooftop and landed silently on the ground.
