"Reilynn."

A slow, airy voice filled my conscious. Sleep.

I know where I am now. I am in his temple, I stand surrounded by a circle of sand in a dark room. A taller man comes out from the corner of the room. It is him. Sleep has his normal black robes like Vessel does but his hood is draped in front his face so low you cannot find his chin. But his smile is felt across the room.

"Welcome back to Eden my Reilynn. We have missed you." His voice sounded cold but just as welcoming. He stepped closer to the circle and stopped, letting out a hand. I hesitantly took it, scared but curious what my god had to show me.

"Why am I here?" I asked quietly as we walked out of the empty room. He still held my hand as the sun outside blinded me.

"I am sorry I had them take you away my dear. But it for your sake, you could've been killed." He told me cooly. We sat by a lake that overstretched to clear waters. A tall willow shading us from the harsh rays.

"Killed?"

"Mhm, Artemis and Athena had taken over half of my people and turned on our religion. Half of them died and left you of course, II, III, IV, and Vessel as my followers." He paused to look at my face, focused on what he was saying. "The two goddesses left us with half of my land burned and rotting for the hellish lands of mythology below. But, I had you come back so maybe you can restore it."

Restore Eden? A sacred place to hide from all your fears and search for yourself beneath your skin. Attacked? My head spun around in questions that answers couldn't even simply explain it.

"Why me? Vessel is far more powerful then me, he should be able-" The god pressed a black finger to his hood to shush me.

"I chose you. You are special. I created you with rain and soil from this garden of Eden. I grant you powers after I know you can handle it my Lynn. You will endure such tests over the next few months. If you fail me," He pauses. "Fail me, and I will send you back with memory of this or your younger years."

"If I die?"

"Then you die flower."

I nodded. "I accept it."

I could feel his smile again. "Then I send you back to them. Do not fail me little one."

"When do you think she'll wake?" IV asked me.

"I don't know. We will find out soon." Just as I said that, Reilynn emerged from her tent. Her hair tossed into a messy bun and her shirt and shorts were rumpled.

"She's alive!" II chuckled as she sat across from us, the fire the only space between us.

"Barely." She mumbled tiredly.

Vessel sat onto another bench. "Reilynn." He said.

"Vessel." Suddenly having more venom in her tone as she starred into the flames. We three looked at each other and nodded.

"So," I spoke. "Why don't we all take a walk?"

Reilynn looked up at the sky. "The moons out."

"And?" Vessel asked.

She looked at him with a glare. "And I don't wanna go out in the fucking dark to take a nice stroll through the woods. That's how every bitch dies in horror movies."

Vessel straightened his posture towards her. Now having a nasty look on his face. "You've been here only for so little time Reilynn, yet your acting like a child. Already stirring up mischief, now that's fucking pathetic." He scoffed.

I felt II tense up. We knew what was going happen now. "Guys chill it was just a suggestion."

"I don't know. Lynn seems to rake it pretty serious."

"That's it." She stood up and walked back to her tent.

"What the hell Ves?" IV exclaimed as I trailed after her to help her calm down.

I heard someone outside my tent.

"Go away." I yelled at them. I was pissed at Vessel, if I knew coming back to Eden had Vessel still I would've stayed.

The door unzipped and revealed a masked III. "Its just me. Still want me to go away?" He asked. I shook my head no as he sat down on the end of the air mattress. "You two need to work shit out. This camp is not going to be like it was before you left Rei." He sternly told me. "Its going to fuck with each others heads about what to say and do. We are not walking on glass."

"I'm sorry okay?" I whispered, tears now blurring my vision as I tried to hide them.

III sighed and laid down next to me. "Its okay dove, you have to talk to him. Whatever it is you hold against him let go."

I felt myself smile little as he called me dove. I haven't heard that in a while.

"But what if he doesn't want to?" I gulped.

"Just let go dove."
