She hasn't been back for hours and I'm starting to freak out. II started panicking hours ago when he came back from the forest and couldn't find her in her favorite spots. I'm tempted to ask Sleep for help but don't want to face him alone. I pace back and forth, constantly looking between the ground, the guys, and the forest entrance.

"Vessel, she's probably just wandering around. Chill." III says without a trace of concern in his tone. I eye him with suspension and continue my pacing. He rolls his eyes.

"Maybe we should all go and look for her. Reilynn can't go that far, she hasn't been here for years." IV recommends.

"I think that sounds good actually. I mean if she is lost she probably sat down and laid somewhere knowing her she got tired and is sleeping." II said sarcastically. Thunder shakes the ground slightly as lightning flashes far into the forest.

"Then we have to hurry," I say quickly, grabbing the emergency bag from the fireside and slinging it over my shoulder. "Those storm clouds look dark and that's not good. You saw the last storm."

I have been walking for what seems like hours. My feet are growing tired and achy but I push onwards. We spilt up about an hour or so ago, we planned on meeting back before the sun sets. I stop to listen for a noise besides the branches and leafs crunching under my feet. A muffled yell rings out above the skyline of the trees and I dash towards the sound.

I tear through trees and bushes with scraps stinging my chest and lower part of my face as I reach a clearing with IV standing in the middle of it holding something.

"IV? What's wrong? Did you find Lynn?" The words tumble out of my mouth. He moves aside and shows and badly beaten and bloody II on the ground. He looked as if he was barely alive. His mask was torn and barely even a cloth against his red stained face. His eyes were swollen and puffy as he laid on his side slowly sucking in breaths.

I sit down by him and check for a pulse. "What happened?!" I repeat aloud as IV stares into the trees. He glances at me and shakes head, pressing a gloved finger to his mouth.

A shadowy figure moves quickly into the timber as we saw it. I start to speak but IV shakes his head, his eyes pleading not for me to speak. I nod and try to keep II awake.
