The SSK Club was bustling with activity as the evening sun cast a warm glow over the sleek gym equipment and the sparkling swimming pool. Nandini, finishing her workout, noticed Myeesha heading towards the pool for her swimming practice.

Just as Nandini was about to leave, she heard a familiar voice.
Manik: Nandini. (Turning around, she saw Manik entering the club.Spotting Nandini, Manik approached with a friendly smile.) Hey, how's it going?

Nandini (Nandini greeted him warmly.): Hey Manik! Just finished my workout. Myeesha's in the pool for her swimming session.

Manik (Manik nodded.): Ah, she's been enthusiastic about improving. How's your workout been today?

Nandini (Nandini grinned.): Intense as always! It's a constant battle with these weights.

Manik (Manik chuckled.): Tell me about it. I think they secretly multiply when we're not looking.

Nandini (Nandini laughed.): Absolutely! Maybe they're breeding in the corners when we're busy sweating it out.

Manik (Manik glanced toward the pool area): Myeesha's been talking about wanting to get better at swimming. It's great to see her dedication.

Nandini (Nandini nodded): She's determined. It's impressive. So, what brings you here today? You joining us for a workout?

Manik (Manik shook his head): Not today, I'm just picking up Myeesha. Though, I admit, the idea of a workout crossed my mind.

Nandini (Nandini teased:) Come on, you're dodging the workout! I'll make sure to remind you next time.

Manik (Manik chuckled.): I'll  hold you to that!

Their conversation flowed easily as they talked about the club, the benefits of various exercises, and even shared some humorous gym anecdotes.

Nandini (Nandini chuckled.):  You know, there was this one time I decided to do a simple yet effective bodyweight workout at home. Push-ups, squats, and planks — the basics. I thought it would be a breeze, but, oh boy, it left me feeling like I had run a marathon!

Manik (Manik laughed.): Ah, the classic bodyweight routine! It's surprising how effective those simple exercises can be. I once challenged myself to do as many squats as possible in a minute. Let's just say my legs protested for the next few days!

Nandini (Nandini joined in.): Right? It's the simplicity that gets you. And then there was this time I attempted a home workout video with my favorite online trainer. Let's just say my coordination didn't quite match theirs, and I ended up doing a bit of an improvised dance routine!

Amidst their laughter, Myeesha finished her swimming practice and joined them.

Myeesha: Dad, can I talk to Nandini aunty a bit more about stroke? (Myeesha asked eagerly.)

Manik: Sure, sweetheart. Take your time. I'll be right over there. (Manik said, pointing to a nearby seating area.)

As Myeesha engaged in conversation with Nandini about simple and effective strokes that anyone could do at the pool, Manik observed from a distance, a content smile on his face. After a few minutes, he joined them again.

Manik: Nandini, sorry to interrupt. Myeesha, it's time to go.(Manik said.)

Myeesha (Myeesha turned to Nandini.):  See you soon, aunty! Maybe we can talk more about easy stroke next time?

Nandini (Nandini nodded.): Absolutely! Keep it simple and consistent, Myeesha. You're doing great.

Manik: Manik then turned to Nandini.): Looking forward to our workouts together. will meet tomorrow morning.
