"Hi mo-" I got cut off as my mom hugged me in a bear hug, a really tight bear hug. She let go and out her hands on my cheek. "Did you pack everything out need?" She asked, I nodded my head before she hugged me again. "I love you, Ivy."
"Love you too, mom."
We went in the plane with my aunt, we got to our seats beside eachother. I got the window seat, of course.
I've never flown in an airplane before, I brought out a plastic bag incase I wanted to throw up.
I looked out the window, my dad's still out there. But that's not supposed to be my concern anymore, I'm safe. I'm free now.
Laine chatted me.

Laine: So, how's the view?
We're just about to take off
Laine; You know, you could've brought another bag to put me in right?
Ehhh

I chuckled softly to myself. New country, new life. I'm probably not going to have new friends, but I'll try. Even if me and Laine chatted eachother everyday, there's this thing called time zones. I'm still going to miss her and Inah, and maybe Jeff and Wayde too.
A lot happened to me in a short period of time. But despite all that, I believe this shouldn't be the last page. This can't be the last page. I'll be better, smarter, stronger.
I had to let go of everything I had because of my own dad. I had to cry, get hurt, say bye to my friends, move to a new country, all because of him.
I won't let this be the last page. I want to see my dad be in jail, I want to figure out why he'd gotten into drugs and what he meant by having to pay and almost having to use me to pay. I'll be back.
