" Hey! Tom, ich muss kurz mit dir sprechen "

(Hey! Tom, I've got to speak to you for a moment)

I look at the doorway to see my cousin calling me, I nod my head and turn back to the call

" uh- I'll call you back tomorrow. I love you! " I said to the call and immediately ended it

I didn't want Adeline to hear anything about my surprise. I got up from my bed and took a deep breath, stretching my neck as I felt already sleepy and tired after all of the practice we did for today

When I got out of my room, Natalia smiled at me and gave me the plane ticket

" here you go, I've already given the other tickets to the guys," She said, I took the plane ticket from her and smiled

Germany to Los Angeles

I planned to surprise Adeline on the night of her birthday celebration, which is also the day of her graduation. I want everything to be a surprise for her so I have to keep my mouth shut for a while

Being far away from her is difficult for both of us. I miss her touch, her hug, her smile, her voice, and everything about her.

That's why I'm also thinking about spending my savings to buy a small apartment for us here in Germany

I've been saving money since I and Bill were little. Our dad got into a higher promotion and since then, we've become rich.

But I continued saving and I don't know where I'm gonna use all this money for

But now that I'm with Adeline, I've been thinking about taking her here to Germany and starting to live with her. Although I'm not sure how she'll react to it, I know her bond with Kate and Miss Catherine is very special. I respect whatever decision she'll make

I want her to be happy...

" thank you, Natalia," I said to my younger cousin and hugged her. She smiles at me and returns it

" no problem, lover boy," She said teasingly and headed downstairs. I came back to my room and fell asleep in my bed

The days have passed and I've become more and more busier. Bill and the boys helped me pick an apartment that Adeline would like, I've been driving here and there and it's exhausting.

When I finally bought the perfect apartment for the both of us, I came back to the house and to my surprise, Granny was there.

I didn't have time to message or call Adeline but I hope she'll understand, I'll make it up to her soon.

On the day of our concert, I looked down at my guitar and continued playing in front of our fans.

When it ended, there was a bunch of girls waiting outside our room. I gave them a smile and a friendly hug

At that same time, all of us were exhausted, we hadn't got any proper sleep or rest the past couple of days. We only got three hours of sleep and Bill woke us up to get ready for our flight to Los Angeles.

It was around 1 am when we arrived at the airport

Bill stuck beside me as we gave the woman our tickets. She smiled seductively at me before letting us in, I rolled my eyes at her and grabbed my luggage.

Luckily there weren't any fans or paparazzi inside so the boys freely walked to our plane and finally rested for the night. I slip out of my phone and my eyes widen to see the bunch of messages and missed calls I got from Adeline

" shit, shit, shit " I cursed under my breath and called her.

But no one was answering so I decided to send her a voice message, hoping it's gonna calm her for a bit. I didn't tell her where me and the boys were but after the voice message

I turned to Bill beside me and his already fast asleep, I let out a yawn and decided to close my eyes.

Adeline pov

I was getting ready for tonight, Kate's family was heading out to have dinner together at a restaurant to celebrate our graduation and my birthday.

My thoughts were erased when I heard Tom's voice again from his voice message.

He constantly apologized to me a few times about not reading my messages or accepting my calls since he was very busy with the boys, he also told me that the girl's voice I heard in the background days ago was his younger cousin Natalia

I feel bad that I doubted him for a little. I took a deep breath and locked the necklace he gave me on my neck, smiling as I looked at my outfit in the mirror 

I wore my short silky brown dress and a few-inch black heels. It wasn't hard to wear an exposed dress like this but Kate insisted. I brushed my long blond locks and applied a lipgloss to my lips

I took a picture of myself with the dress and sent it to Tom. I grabbed my bag and left my room

Uncle Steve is with us so he drove us to the restaurant. Me and Kate's arms were locked together I let out a small gasp when I saw how amazing the exterior inside

"Follow me," the waitress says and smiles at us.

She led us to a seat and Kate sat together on the red velvet couch, the circle table was covered in white silky cloth and there were already some utensils placed elegantly on the table

Catherine decided to take a picture of me and Kate as I grinned at the camera. Our food finally came and we started eating together

I was a little bit sad that Tom and the guys weren't here to celebrate with us. I've been thinking about to start living with Tom, I know we're being too quick but it's also been a while since I lived with Kate and her mom's house.

After an hour of finishing our food, to my surprise, a waitress came to our table holding a red velvet cake in her hand with a lit candle.

Uncle Steve, Catherine, and Kate begin singing me a happy birthday as I look down at the delicious-looking cake and smiled

" make a wish Addie! " Catherine says, after a few seconds of silence I blew the candles.

Suddenly a pair of hands wrapped around my head, blocking my vision. I was confused about who it was until I took it off and gasped

" Tom! "

I cried in happiness as I immediately wrapped my arms around him and he laughed, placing kisses all over my cheeks while holding me tightly in his embrace

God heard my wish
