kiss and tell.
the movie everyone is raving about and wants to go see, just so they can kiss the whole movie. you'd think that's rude, but this movie is just kissing every few seconds. couples who plan to go see this want to make out.
carlos and olivia plan to go together. after two failed attempts, carlos plans to tell olivia he loves her. he's determined to tell her. won't let anything get in the way. at least he hopes so.
opal, on the other way, doesn't really have any interest in going to see the movie. but, she knows james does, and wants to go with him. she wouldn't mind making out with him. she kissed him before and wants to do it again. she won't ask him, she's waiting to see if he will ask her and not some random girl.
opal was lounging by the pool, writing a song in her songbook. she won't admit it out loud, but she caught herself writing a love song. she mainly writes breakups songs due to her awful past relationships, but she has a crush and won't express it much, but will write it.
james was helping katie talk to a boy, when he noticed opal and got excited.
"sorry I need to go ask opal to see kiss and tell with me. bye!" james quickly left, leaving the kids alone. which worked out in their favor in the end.
opal was listening to music, so she didn't hear james approach her. he noticed she was writing something and wanted to know, so he snuck up behind her and took a peak.
you might be the answer to all of my fears when everything is under attack you got my heart, i don't want it back
james smiled softly when the read the lyrics, knowing opal did have feelings.
opal moved, sitting up and james stood straight up, which made opal whip her head around and let out a yelp.
"james!" she exclaimed, standing up and hid her book behind her back with a bright red face. "what are you doing?"
"nothing. what you writing?" he asked, leaning toward her and she moved back, shaking her head.
"none of your business," she replied, looking away shyly.
"those lyrics?" he asked her and opal shifted her eyes to meet his, before shrugging.
"maybe... i don't know... could be, why do you care?" she quickly asked, avoiding the question.
he shrugged and moved closer to opal, who took a step back. "what i read looked pretty good."
