WHAT THEY SEEDAKARI KAISER O'BRIEN
SEPTEMBER 5th, 2023.
TUESDAY 1:02 pmIT HAD BEEN three days since Dakari initially seen and spoken with honesty in the hospital.
He felt so bad that he never went over like he said he would and ended up staying with harlem that night.
He spent Sunday and Monday thinking about a lot of stuff, and also how he could apologize for a numerous amount of things.
He still hadn't told his mother, his sister, or harlem about him being a dad to honesty's kids.
He was starting to understand what honesty meant when she said she had to come to terms with being a mother, because it still felt unreal to him.
He knew, but he didn't know.
Then he thought about what he would tell his mother. He felt like she would be so disappointed in him.
It was so much that went on under his mothers nose when they were younger because she was always working during the day at the hospital.
She still was, but now that he was older it didn't really matter.
If she found out that honesty had sex with him when she was only fourteen and he was fifteen he didn't want her to look at honesty differently.
Having sex at such a young age wasn't anything they had any business doing.
Honesty didn't know any better because no one ever told her, she never spoke to her mother, and her father had left in the blink of an eye.
Dakari had been all she knew for three whole years, before she could even comprehend what a boyfriend was.
She grew up faster then most kids, having to fend for herself with her brother.
She sought attention from Dakari, he was all she knew, she trusted and loved him so she didn't see any problem with giving herself to him.
She just wished she would've thought about the repercussions.
Dakari was a virgin at the time just like her, so the chances of her being impregnated were increased, and she didn't know that at the time, because like her brother said she had nobody to teach her about those things.
All Dakari knew was that other kids his age were starting to do it, and honesty was the only girl he could see himself doing it with because of his feelings. So that's what he did.
She wasn't even thinking about that at the time.
He knew stuff would need to change once it settled in.
He had to get everybody on board, he needed his own place, and that wasn't near half of it.
He would have to learn to adjust, which is why he felt like him and honesty needed to get back on good terms.
He would need her help and he knew that. She wasn't even adjusted fully, so they would have to do this together.
With that being said, he knew he needed to apologize for everything, plus find out the rest of the story and what he didn't know.
The whole time, he thought about asia more then honesty. He wanted so badly to ask his mother about her, but he wanted to leave that to honesty.
That was exactly why he was sitting outside of their house in his car trying to calm down his nerves before he went in.
