One month ago, during the time of the new Hero ranking announcements, the League of Villains found themselves in a difficult situation. They were forced to commit common acts of crime to survive against rival villain organizations. In desperate need of resources, they decided to invade the Church of a cult called the Creature Rejection Clan, known for their hatred towards those with abnormal abilities. Their plan was to steal and sell valuables from the church.
Inside the church, the Clan members were appalled by the presence of Spinner, a member of the League. They couldn't tolerate the intrusion into their sacred temple and tried to force the villains out. However, the League, led by Tomura Shigaraki, didn't pay them any mind and started rummaging through their belongings.
The Clan members, outraged by the desecration of their sacred place, charged at the League of Villains. A brief scuffle ensued, resulting in the complete eradication of the Creature Rejection Clan by the League.
After their victory over the Clan, the League continued their search for valuables. While discussing their loot, Twice mentioned the lack of profit in religion, and Himiko complained about her broken needle. Mr. Compress also revealed that his prosthetic arm needed repairs. Tomura reminded them of their financial situation and the lack of money they had.
As they returned to their hideout, Spinner questioned Tomura about how long they would be squatting there. Mr. Compress expressed his frustration about their current situation compared to their previous association with the Yakuza. The stolen jewelry turned out to be fake, much to the disappointment of Twice, Himiko and y/n.
Later, Dabi arrived at the hideout and complained about being the only one recruiting new members for the League. Twice jokingly remarked that Dabi just burned the recruits he found. You chuckle at his remark, Dabi's eyes soften when they look at you, then he defended himself, calling them "trash recruits."
Tomura, feeling gloomy, thought about how it had been a month since Kurogiri, your trusted ally, was captured by the Pro Heroes. He remembered Kurogiri telling him about the power that All For One had left behind and contemplated on retrieving it to strengthen the League. He also lamented over the loss of Kurogiri and his unsuccessful attempts to locate All For One's doctor, Daruma Ujiko. Himiko became curious about the doctor and asked Tomura more about him.
You told her about the internship you had with him and the times where he taught you about the creation of nomus and other various procedures he performs.
Tomura adds that the doctor was All For One's personal physician and a very cautious man who only communicated through radio or computer, so you were quite lucky that you talked to him directly and that he took you under his wing. He added that the doctor was responsible for creating the Nomu, terrifying creatures with enhanced abilities.
Suddenly, Spinner erupted into anger, questioning Tomura about the direction they were heading and their plans for the future. He revealed his own background, growing up among people who saw him as a freak and feeling powerless to change society. Spinner had joined the League because of Stain's ideology and his desire to bring about change.
The argument was cut short when a mysterious force caused the ground to shake. Tomura and the others quickly evacuated the hideout and were confronted by a massive figure emerging from underground. Tomura recognized him as Gigantomachia, the secret weapon that Kurogiri had gone to retrieve. Intrigued, Tomura put on his mask, realizing that this powerful creature could be the key to advancing the League.
Gigantomachia challenged the League to prove their worthiness, easily overpowering them despite being outnumbered. He severely injured Tomura, Himiko, Twice, y/n and Mr. Compress, causing them to question their abilities. Gigantomachia doubted Tomura's strength and his potential as All For One's successor.
In the midst of the chaos, a voice came through on the radio, grabbing everyone's attention. Spinner wondered if it was the doctor they had been looking for. Tomura confirmed that it was indeed All For One's doctor. The doctor asked how Tomura and his friends were doing, to which Tomura replied that they were about to be crushed.
As Gigantomachia prepared to attack once again, the doctor intervened, calming him down with a recording of All For One's voice. Gigantomachia became docile, nuzzling the radio as he quieted down.
The doctor revealed that Gigantomachia was a loyal supporter and confidant of All For One, serving as his bodyguard. After being weakened in his battle with All Might, All For One had hidden Gigantomachia, hoping to use him to carry out his dreams.
Dabi expressed his disappointment with Gigantomachia, but the doctor explained that the giant was loyal to a fault and had immense stamina. However, he admitted that Gigantomachia may not be the ideal gift for the League.
As the group considered their options, black ooze emerged from their mouths, transporting them to a secret laboratory. They found themselves surrounded by multiple testing chambers containing High-End Nomus, a new and powerful type of Nomu. The doctor, known as Daruma Ujiko, remained hidden in the shadows.
Dabi noticed that these Nomus were different from their predecessors. The doctor confirmed that they were his finest creations and explained that he could replicate the Quirk-Destroying Drug that the League desired.
However, the doctor appeared spooked when Mr. Compress mentioned that he couldn't see him. He retreated into a dark tunnel, warning the League not to approach unless they wanted to face Gigantomachia once again. Daruma revealed that he was a close confidant of All For One and had offered his life and work to him. He acknowledged that Tomura had only been given the scraps and hadn't proven himself worthy yet.
Tomura opened up about his past and his rage towards a world that had rejected him. He believed that destroying everything was the only way to find peace and purpose. Inspired by Tomura's determination, Daruma agreed to help him.
However, Daruma made it clear that they needed to subdue Gigantomachia before he could provide any assistance. Dabi volunteered to stay behind and test the High-End Nomus, while the rest of the League was sent back to face Gigantomachia.
A determined Tomura faced Gigantomachia, proclaiming himself the future king. Intrigued, Gigantomachia challenged him, stating that a king should inspire dread, be admired, and be strong. The second confrontation between the League of Villains and Gigantomachia was about to begin.
Over a month and a half had passed since the initial contact with Daruma Ujiko, and Tomura, along with his subordinates, had been locked in battles against Gigantomachia. The constant fights took their toll, but the members tirelessly rotated, supporting Tomura in his war against their formidable enemy. As the successor of All For One, Tomura knew that he was Gigantomachia's primary target, and he didn't mind the other members wandering off.
But their attempts seemed futile. Gigantomachia proved to be an unstoppable force, fighting relentlessly for a staggering 48 hours and 44 minutes without any signs of stopping. To make matters worse, his body grew in size with each clash. He would only rest for three hours before jumping back into the fray. The League of Villains learned that Gigantomachia possessed enhanced hearing and smell, making it incredibly challenging to launch surprise attacks, even when he slept. True to his word, Daruma refused to provide full assistance until Gigantomachia submitted, offering them a meager allowance instead.
Tomura, fueled by his determination, swore to make Gigantomachia kneel before him. It was now mid-December, and he, along with Twice and Mr. Compress, attempted to ambush Gigantomachia from the air. However, their efforts were met with a devastating shockwave that sent them reeling. Despite the setback, Tomura and his comrades survived the onslaught, and Gigantomachia eventually succumbed to sleep once more.
On their way to rendezvous with the other members, Spinner pondered how the League no longer adhered to Stain's ideals. He questioned Himiko, asking why she still remained with the organization. Her response was surprising, admitting her love for Stain, Izuku Midoriya, and Ochaco Uraraka, and expressing her desire to "become" them. Spinner couldn't help but notice her carefree nature. As they stumbled upon Tomura, Twice, and Mr. Compress, worn out and taking a moment to rest, Himiko checked on Tomura's condition. With a wicked smile on his face, their leader assured them that Gigantomachia had grown slower since their initial encounters, believing they were getting closer to breaking him. You observed Tomura's determined gaze, reminiscent of a young boy chasing after his dreams.
