Asher and Sydney Morgan were inseparable. Since their close ages, of a two year distance, they did everything together. Games, party's, homework, everything.
But one day, Asher became distant. He kept to himself more, started ignoring Sydney and pushing her out.
With her brother setting her aside, Sydney did the same with others around her. Not letting people too close, and if they did, she shut them out.
The older they got, the farther they drifted. Drifting down a never ending ocean, never to be seen again.
And to be completely honest, Sydney didn't want to shut anyone out, but she had too. She just wanted her big brother back, and she knew she could never have that.
Because Asher was dead.
