Accident

Charles' pov:
Y/n doesn't answer my text and calls the following days. She doesn't even talk to me before the race starts. Fred tells me to do an interview with her so i stop right next to her. A few inches between us so she can't ignore me. "Who's avoiding eye contact now?" I ask. "Charles don't." She warns. "Don't what? Am i not allowed to talk to you anymore?" She doesn't answer. "So you want to tell me it's over. That there is nothing between us anymore? What has he done to you?" She turns her head the other way. So i cup her face with my hands to make her look at me. "Tell me. Scream at me. Tell me that you hate me. Insult me. Tell me what you've eaten today. Tell me anything but don't ignore me because i need you like i need air to breath." I said. She opens her mouth to say something but the interviewers come and she changes her mind. We don't get a chance to speak again before the race.

Charles' pov:
The race begon. Everything went good the first lap. I started P8 and i'm now P4. It is now lap 15/52. Something had happened the crowd went silent. I knew it was something bad because it was so silent at the track that i could hear my own heart. Then suddenly i saw a big cloud of black smoke meters infront of me. Everyone now knew what happened. Then someone on my radio speaks. "Charles you have to come back in. There's been an accident the car is on fire." I hoped the person was out. "Who crashed? Is the person out? Is he okay?" I aksed. Then Fred came on the radio. "Y/n crashed Charles.
She's not out yet we will keep you updated." It felt like my heart stopped. Suddenly i feel sick. A sharp pain in my stomach. Then I saw the car infront of me. It was ruined it flew over the barier. And big flames were seen. It landed on its side. I stop the car to go to the car. I see a helmet in the flames. Suddenly she was moving there were man holding me back because if they wouldn't i was in the flames right now getting her. She came out climb over the iron barrier and as soon as she was over them she fell down i catched her there she was laying in my arms unconscious. The ambulance arrived. They take her to the hospital. As soon as i was in the garage i go to my drivers room to change and leave to the hospital.

HOSPITAL:
Charles' pov:
"Hey i'm here to see Y/n Ricciardo." I say to the women behind the desk. "Are you family related?" She asked. "I'm her boyfriend." I hope she will accept it. "Okay. She is in room 218." "Okay thank you so much." I walk as fast i can to her room. There she was still unconscious. "I'm so sorry my love." I kiss her hand. "I should've found out what happened. I had this bad feeling before the race but i wasn't there to protect you." Although i left my car when i heard about the accident to help her. She fell into my arm unconscious. Daniel opened the door to look after his sister like he did the las few days. "I told you to leave because i was mad at you for dating her behind my back but now i have a real reason to hate you so i'm asking you to leave again. She got hurt because of you! I found out everything. You took her on dates just to manipulate her for the race because you wanted to win." Daniel said really mad. Lando joins us and looks heartbreakingly sad. I don't get up and refuse to let of off Y/n hand. I will stay at her side. That's where i belong. "I don't know what your talking about. I would never manipulate her. I-." I think i love her. "The doctor said she is malnourished. That's why she lost control over the car during the race. She was with you the last few weeks wasn't she? That means your guilty." Daniel says to me. Max walks in standing next to Lando. Both don't say a word to defend me until Mac ooens his mouth. "Charles is not a bad person. Yes he was desperate to win but i think he loves her." "I don't want him anywhere my sister. Leave or i'll make you." Daniel said frustrated. "I will nit leave her. She wasn't with me the last two weeks. She ignored me and i bet it has something to do with you father." I say to him. "Now your accusing my father that's ridiculous. He wouldn't risk hurting her." Daniel said looking at me. "He called her a whore and i defended her." I said raising my voice a bit. "Your a liar. When she leaves the hospital you will never see her again." Daniel said. "Fine. But don't take away her dreams. I'll leave Ferrarie it that's what she wants: But i will never ever stop protecting her." I say. "Daniel he left the car to rescue her. He's our friend we've known him for years." Max said. "Yes but i know my father and i know my sister. She already fell for an asshole once and it didn't and well." Daniel said. "What do you mean?" I ask him. "When she was a teenager she fell for this guy and ge took her to a party. She was so in love that she didn't tell me. She just snuck out. He got her drunk and took naked photos of her. The whole school saw them. Before he could do anything worse i found her and took ger home." Daniel said. Maybe that's why her father called her a whore. He's an asshole and she deserves better. I look at our interlocked fingers please come back to me. I didn't beg before but i'm willing to do it now. I beg you to come back safe and healthy and i beg for your forgiveness. "You should leave Charles. She doesn't need you and won't want you anymore after i told her the reason for her accident." Daniel said. "I would never jeopardize her health. I wish i was in that accident not her." I said. "I think he sais the truth. I've seen the way he looks at her and the way she looks at him. It's love." Lando said. "Does that mean i'm the Princess of Monaco." Y/n all of sudden said.
