I can't believe he was here.

My crush!

My protector.

My friend.

My enemy.

My frenemy.

Oh, no.

Crap, how much had he seen?!

I'd been having dreams about him, for the past couple of weeks.

Even now as he caught me from falling, every single atom in me wanted to lean in and embrace him for one of those amazing hugs.

Snap out of it!

He's a killer whose in Luciano's mafia!

I can't fall for the bad guy.

"D-Diego, h-how long have you been there?"

He eyed the small cherry tree plant I popped out and grinned down at me.

He slowly leaned down and my heart fluttered in my chest, as he planted a soft kiss upon my temple before whispering.

"Long enough to see what you did."

Crap!!!

My heart raced in a troubled way.

He knows.

He's seen me.

Quick act dumb!

I pushed at his chest and he frowned letting me go. I took a couple of steps away from him and turned on my heel collecting my water bucket.

Diego suddenly blocked my path, playfully.

"Woah, corderito what's the rush? I thought you'd be happy to see me?"

Of course I'm happy to see him! But I won't allow myself to get close to him. Not after what he just told me. Not after what he saw me do with my powers. It's bad enough that he's caught me and I now I need to avoid him at all cost.

No matter if I'm insanely attracted to him. I must resist, whatever crazy pull I have to him, at once.

"I am, I'm just busy." I turned on my heel to walk the other way.

"Kavyaa."

The way he said my name, instantly made me stop. I mean this guy didn't even have to place his hands on me, from even trying to stop me, from walking away from him. The power he had over me was incredible.

Even so.

Why, did I stop when he called my name like that?

I sighed turning my attention on to him.

Why did he have to look so good in his sleek suave dark suit? Actually, come to think of it he looked good in almost anything he wore. I mean, just look at him, he looks like he's been carved out by Michaelangelo of the finest marble stone.

"What?"

"Didn't you hear what I just said?"

He crossed his well toned strong arms infront of his chest and my gaze lingered upon his luscious pink lower lip which I felt like kissing. Good god, it's happening again! Snap out of it you crazy hormonal horny girl, he's the bad guy!

My heart beats quickened as he slowly drew closer to me. Someone pinch me! He looked ten times more hotter than he usually does, especially when the sun beamed down on him, from the crack of the trees.

Act dumb. It was the best possible way to avoid this situation.

"Diego? What are you talking about?"
