Chapter 2- Do you have any plans?

~Augustine's pov~

*Beep!-Beep!*

Augustine groaned at the loud noise of his alarm clock was making. It was irritating especially when it was just 3 in the morning, people are probably still asleep in this time of the day. Augustine pulled the blanket over his head and decided that it was too early for him to get up just yet. Even though he didn't know why he set up his alarm at 3 o'clock in the first place let alone it was saturday. He will probably guess that he forgot to set his alarm in a time were it was not very early in the morning. Augustine seemingly switching and turning over side to side as if he was looking for a comfortable spot to sleep in his bed. Maybe if he just close his eyes for a couple of minutes he may find himself drifting back to sleep right? Well unfortunately that was not the case since a few minutes did already past and there was no signs of him getting back to sleep. In act of frustration he just ends up doing nothing, the sheer lack of motivation to get up made him feel like he was being glued in place. And the same time he was too lazy to do anything about it. As Augustine was just about to turn again he heard a sound- a sound that came from his phone trying to notify him that he received a text from someone. I wonder who'll that be?

"Hey Auggie! I'm just wondering how you've been doing? Its almost summer again."

"Just wondering if you have any plans this summer?"

...

Augustine pauses. Somewhat thinking on what kind of reponse he will say.

"No, why do you ask?"

...

"Well you probably know that I will be back in town next week right?"

"Yes I know and?"

"And well..."

"..."

"Just say it already!"

"Well I was planning to hangout with you again since you did say you don't have anything to do for the summer so I thought it was a great opportunity to catch up with each other."

Augustine knows that it was not supposed to be suprising for him to see Winnie talking about hanging out with him again and catching up with each other. I mean it should be normal for them since they've always been doing this since childhood but it felt like it was not normal for Augustine even if he knows it is, a sudden warm feeling creeps up to him before he knew it he was blushing to Winnie's text.
Gosh Augustine snap out of it! Its not like I have anything for the blond!"
Augustine ends up looking more redder than he was a few moments ago.

"Fine."
