Were here.

Augustine stares for a while at the cafe now infront of them, it was a small yet quite endearing cafe, boards and posters stuck on the glass wall, plants hanging from above the door it seems to be welcoming them to go inside. Both him and Winnie open the cafe's doors a sudden soft cool breeze envelop the two once they step further inside. For a cool temperature it still have such a warm atmosphere maybe it was the lighting or the people laughing and talking cheerily in the backround. Either it is he woudn't need to know that. Winnie and Augustibe made their way through the reception desk. The cashier infront greeted them as they were looking at the menu.

"Woah! They seem to have alot to choose from." Winnie stated.

"I know." Augustine says mumbling under his breath.

"Sooo what are we going to order?"

Winnie questions still staring at the menu of the cafe. Augustine peeks over Winnie's shoulder to look as well, the other seems to flinch at the unexpected move. Winnie didn't anticipated that.

"I think I'll just have coffee."

"Then I'll have a hot chocolate please."

The cashier takes notes of their order.

"What kind of coffee do you want sir?"

"Cappuccino."

"Hot or cold sir?"

"Hot."

"Would you like any desserts to top of your order?"

"Ah and two cinnamon rolls please!"

"Very well. Is that all?"

"Yes."

"That will be 24 dollars sir."

Winnie took out his cash from his wallet and gaves it to the cashier then looks to Augustine's direction.

"My treat."

Winnie whispers to him with a slight smirk on his face. Augustine almost wanting to refuse Winnie's offer of him treating him for the food and drinks they order, thinking that maybe the blond was trying to show off however seeing that smirk on his face he doesn't know what he was trying to get from him. Aside from all that Augustine felt a tiny blush on his face.

Augustine just nods and follows where Winnie is heading. They decided to sit in the corner of the cafe while waiting for their order.

They were just sitting there as if waiting for one of them to speak. They stayed like this for a couple of minutes until they've received their orders.

Augustine signs as he place his hand on the hot cappucino. If Augustine has to be honest he doesn't like to drink anything besides coffee even if that was sweet or too bitter, he just have gotten used to drinking something that have a bitter after taste.

As Augustine was checking if the drink was not to hot to swallow Winnie was already chucking his hot chocolate down. He still like a child Augustine thought giving a small chuckle that was noticable to the other man.

"Huh? Whats so funny Auggie?"

Winnie asked but when he did, it revealing a face covered by chocolate liquid around the mouth and that didn't help stoping Augustine to let out a laugh from what his witnessing.

"Haha- you look like a kid eating his first ice cream."

Winnie bows his head down and wipes out the chocolate on his mouth. His face was turning pink to a blushing mess, probably embarrassed from what his best friend said to him. Still he tries to hide his face from the person infront of him but even how many attempts he makes, the blush was visible as day. Winnie slowy but surely rises his head up to face Augustine despite how messy his face is.

"Yo-your soo mean a‐Auggie!"

Winnie whines although stumbling
over his words in the process.

"Oh stop whining like a baby.. what I said was the true."

I mean he wasn't wrong. Winnie was always acting like a child anyways. Always telling him to smile even though at life threatening situations- yes I'm talking about the car accident. However Winnie's child‐like behavior only comes into play when his around his only best friend-Augustine.

Augustine cleared his throat to get the other ones attention.

"So how have you been?"

"Oh-uh you mean university?"

Augustine nods sipping his cappuccino down.

"Well its been good so far.! I did made some few buddies here..and there..academics was quite hard to say the least and oh.. I join some clubs well most of them are the same clubs we went when we were highschool.."

Winnie ends up talking about what he have done so far in college and some few small topics there and Augustine will respond to Winnie like usual. Nothing so much happened this couple of minutes just two best friends catching up with each other apart from also drinking and eating. The two was going all in on their conversations, talking about that, and that, you know normal stuff.

"Hey Augustine!"

"Hm.?"

"I hope that you get accepted in the university we always dreamed of.."

"Is that so..."

Winnie rest his head on his hand that was being supported by the table, and stares at Augustine with his light gray-ish blue eyes and a smirk across his face.

"Because I can't wait to be by your side again Augustine..."
