jades pov

I woke up to someone knocking on the door and I was still snuggled up in Colby's chest so I carefully got out of his grip and walked over to the door and opened it a tiny bit and saw Sam standing there so I opened it more

"what's up?" I asked

"do you know where colby is his car is still out front but he's not in his room or downstairs?" he asked

"ya im here" colby said just waking up

"op sorry for waking you man," Sam said

"It's all good what's up?" colby asked getting out of bed and walking over to the door

"I was just wondering if you guys wanted to go to lunch?" Sam asked

"sure" colby said

"how about you Jade wanna come?" he asked

"umm I can't im busy today" I lied

"no your not why you lying?" Sam asked

"im just not hungry but I didn't want to say that becase I know you guys would make a big deal out of it like colby always does" I said opening the door fully open and then I walked over to my bed and flopping down

"you sure?" colby asked flopping down next to me

"im sure," I said

"ok well if you change your mind about not being hungry let  me know I'll bring you home something" colby said

I nodded and he got up and kissed my head and left the room closing the door behind him

"that was weird," I thought to myself

I got up and grabbed my phone and turned it on and it was Thursday at 12:14 pm meaning tomorrow im going to go over to the hospital to pick Mum up and take her to the new house shit I still need to pack and get her food and drop it off at the new house and probably get decorations shit I don't have the key colby has it and he's probably gone already wait he usually comes in and tells me when he's leaving so I quickly got out of bed and ran over to Colby's room and knocked on his door

after a couple of seconds, he opened the door

"Hey Jade what's up?" he asked

"I need the keys to Mum's new house becase I need to get her some food and decorations  for tomorrow," I said

"oh um ya let me get it and no need for decorations the house came with everything  all you need is food and clothes" colby said walking to his bedside table

"ok good to know I'll go get the food now and then tomorrow we can go to the shops with her to get her clothes and anything else she wants after she's all settled in" I said

"Ok sounds good" he said walking over to me and passing me the keys and his credit card

"no take this back you're going out with Sam" I said

"ya ill Venmo him the money for lunch and we agreed I'll pay for everything all you need to do is take her out for dinner once a week call her everyday stay with her once a week " he said

"ugh fine," I said

I said bye and I went to my room and grabbed a purse and put my phone, keys to get into this house and mum's new house put them in there then I grabbed my wallet and put his card  in there then put it in my purse and then I got changed did my hair and teeth then I grabbed my purse and walked out of my room and walked downstairs and made a list of what I need to get from Walmart

food

bread, butter, milk, cheese, pasta, pasta sauce, stuff to make homemade mac and cheese tomato and barbecue sauce, pringles, chocolates, Nutella, peanut butter, jam, lollies, gum, chips, lettuce, stuff to make tacos, cake, drinks tea and coffee
