𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑵𝑮𝑬 of temperature was comforting in Journey's mind she'd just walked five blocks from her house to the Matthews the family she babysits for to drop presents off she finally made it to the Matthews apartment building buzzing up to their house
"Shawn!?" Cory Matthews shouted through the intercom "Sorry Mr.Matthews It's JoJo" Journey laughed softly at the older man's enthusiasm "You're fine too I guess" Cory mumbled back before buzzing her in
When Journey finally made it into the infamous apartment she was greeted by the entire Matthews crew consisting of Cory, Riley, Topanga, and Journeys favorite Auggie. "Sorry for not being Shawn Mr.Matthews" Journey joked taking her winter coat off
"It's fine now don't let it happen again"Cory threatened the girl making her smile softly "JoJo!" Auggie yelled excitedly running to the teen and jumping into her arms "Hey Buddy" Journey grinned giving the little boy a big hug before kissing his cheek
"What are you doing here?" Auggie asked as Journey put him down "Well It is Christmas Eve and I wanted to give my second favorite family gifts" The brown-eyed girl revealed "Yay!" Auggie screamed
"Is your mom okay with you coming over it is Christmas Eve?"Topanga asked walking over to the teen "Oh it's fine we don't really do anything today anyways except watch Home Alone and eat Ice Cream but that's not until later"Journey explained to the woman
The intercom buzzed again sending Cory to excitement once more "Shawn!" Cory yelled running over to the intercom "Maya!" a voice yelled back "Shawn!?"Cory asked again
"Oh, what's the matter your boyfriends not here?"
"He's not my boyfriend!"
"Then what are we going to do with this 'Cory and Shawn 4-Evah!' Ornament?" Topanga asked sarcastically lifting up an ornament with a young Cory and who Journey would assume was Shawn on it
"That goes right in front of the Cory and Topanga wedding ornament" Cory beamed taking the ornament from Topanga and putting it smack in the middle of the tree
"My whole life" Topanga huffed looking at Riley and then Journey "Yikes" Journey snorted "JoJo do you have your camera? I want you to take pictures of me and Shawn" The Brown head man asked "Yes sir I don't leave without it" Journey spoke patting at the shoulder bag she failed to take off
