🝮︎︎︎︎︎︎︎ "HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN TRUST YOU GUYS?" 🝮︎︎︎︎︎︎︎
╰┈➤ the next day came around and as y/n was readying herself to leave the convenience store, she saw a familiar rx-7 parked alongside the curb of the street. the guy that she beat in a motorcycle race a few days ago, also known as kento. she found it odd that he'd be here since his presence was foreign in this area in particular. y/n the remembered that she'd given him her dad's business card so maybe he finally put his pride aside to get his motorcycle back to looking brand new. that was only if it was here, but it was no where in sight.
panic flooded y/n in a haste as she made quick steps towards the shop down the street, her grocery bags causing a slight ruckus from her quickly paced steps. as she was nearing the shop, there she saw kento leaving through the door while observing his surroundings. he made eye contact with y/n and a look of discomfort etched onto his features. "did you need something?" y/n asked as he shook his head, not bothering to mouth an audible response. "i'm sorry about your bike again. we have a few open spots if you'd like to bring in your b-"
he was already walking away and y/n quirked an eyebrow before rolling her eyes with a sigh. she entered the shop, locking the door behind her for safety measures despite the fact that they were open. she began to look around and what made her feel all the more suspicion was the fact that everything was in place. she groaned, calling out for her dad while he replied with a "just a sec, n/n!".
y/n sighed, massaging her temples with her fingertips as her eyes closed. she practically jumped out of her body when a sturdy knock to the glass door of the entrance was heard. she walked over since she saw that it was suna and the twins. unlocking it, she greeted them all with an unfocused smile. "this place is insane" atsumu said looking around in awe. y/n tried to hide the feeling of her ego doubling in size since she was in charge of the interior decoration of the lobby. "why don't you tell more people about mr. l/n's shop, sunarin?"
"they do good work. good work means more customers. more customers mean i have to wait longer for service and i cant afford to do that when riding is what gets me by...." he shrugged, making y/n roll her eyes. his reasoning was true, yet a bit selfish, but that was who suna was. "what's on your mind?" he asked y/n snapping her out of her thoughts when suna waved his hand infront of her face, cutting off her glare at the door. "before you guy's got here, i caught kento leaving the shop but he said he didn't need anything. call me paranoid but that's not something I'd shove under a rug."
