I rushed through the halls trying to get to Dad's office. It was a mere two weeks before Cassilynn's birthday. Cassilynn had thrown me a magnificent birthday party this past June, I had to repay the favour. Cassilynn held family and friends dearly, so I already knew who all I had to invite. I just have to get with dad about him talking with Dumbledore about letting a bunch of students, and Dad, miss dinner on Halloween. So, as I made it to the hall with the potions classroom, the storeroom and Dad's office I went over everything I needed to plan. I busted through the door, knowing it was his planning period.

I could feel my heart pounding in my chest from where I had rushed through the halls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I had run all the way from greenhouse four to the dungeons of the castle. Time was ticking and I had a mission to accomplish, so walking wasn't really an option in my opinion.

"Dad, I really need your help." I panted.

When I finally caught my breath, shockingly without my inhaler, I looked up to see Dad at his desk. Dad looked up from whatever he was doing at his desk with a quizzical expression.

"Allyson, what's the matter?" he asked, his dark eyes scanning my flushed face.

I could see the corners of his mouth turning up into a smirk, he always knew when I was up to something. He hasn't known me long, only a year, but he always seemed to know when I was planning something or got dragged into someone else's mess. One look in my eyes and suddenly he knew everything. I could do that too, but I wasn't sure if it was for the same reasons.

"It's Cassilynn's birthday in two weeks and I need your help," I blurted out quickly, not wanting to waste any time.

Cassilynn was my best friend, but more importantly she's my sister, and she threw me the most amazing birthday party this past June. I had to repay the favour and throw her an equally amazing party. Even if she had combined mine and Draco's together, and it was past our birthdays, it was nothing short of amazing. All our friends and family, that mattered at least, were there and I had never seen that ballroom look so nice. Aunt Petunia even let Harry stop by for a few minutes while Vernon was at work.

Dad's smirk widened as he leaned back in his chair, "ah, I see. And what do you need my help with?"

I took a deep breath and explained my plan. Cassilynn was a lover of all things family and friends, so I already knew who I wanted to invite to her party. The only problem was her birthday fell on Halloween and that was a busy night at Hogwarts. Students were typically required to attend dinner, and the ghosts were more active than usual, but I knew Cassilynn would rather spend the evening surrounded by her loved ones. I had a list of people who I needed to invite, most of them I would have to have Draco do, because most of the ones being invited from Slytherin hate me because of Roanna or they are Roanna. Cassilynn had agreed to let me extend an invitation to Harry, as she sees him as an honorary family member, seeing as he's my brother. Harry had already asked Oliver, and he agreed to not only come but help me plan it.

"So, I was thinking, what if you could speak to Professor Dumbledore and convince him to let a group of students, and you of course, miss the dinner and attend Cassilynn's party instead," I finished, my eyes pleading with my father.

He raised an eyebrow, but I could tell he was intrigued by my idea. After a moment of contemplation, he nodded.

"I'll see what I can do. But remember, that is a busy night for all the professors, so it won't be so easy."

I let out a sigh of relief and thanked him before quickly making my way back through the halls. As I passed the potions classroom and the storeroom, I couldn't help but let a smile spread across my face. I was going to make Cassilynn's birthday unforgettable. Just like she had done for me, that was the best birthday party I've had in all my twelve years on this earth. I now had to go meet with Oliver, because he said he'd help me with getting the decorations. I didn't want to use magic, mainly because I'm too young to use those types of spells and also, Cassilynn didn't use magic for my birthday. I already had a theme, not only is Halloween her birthday, but it's also her favourite holiday.
