"And your name?"I asked while looking at the files in front of me.
"Zane Vesper."He said with a quite deep tone.

It was the day that recruits arrived and he was the first recruit I had to interview.It was 7 am and it was just the beginning

"And it says here that you are a sniper?"I said while looking up at him from his files
"Yes,ma'am."I nodded while taking another look at his files.

"Okay,and do you still want to train as a sniper here?Or maybe get the role of a sniper after we discuss everything?"I asked while placing the file down on my table and looking back up at him.

"Yes,I want to continue as a sniper."I nodded
"Very well...here you go,the training room for snipers is on the 3rd floor,second hall,first door to the left."I said as I gave him a paper he had to fill out.

"Okay,you can go now.I will be the one training snipers,the training is at 5 pm."I said as he got up from his chair
"Yes ma'am.See you soon!"He said as he left my office...This was the very beginning of the chaos that will happen today.Well,only 99 people to go!

And finally,after long 8 hours,I was done with all 99 recruits...well,there was only one left.

I was looking at my computer and typing something,when suddenly the last recruit walked into my office.It was a girl,and she looked young...younger than me.

"Hello,your name?"I asked.
"Hello ma'am.I'm Rin Avery."She said,a gentle smile on her face.
I looked down at her file,she was only 19...interesting.It also said she came from KorTac.

"Okay Rin,here it says that you are good at combat...would you like to continue training for it?"I looked up at her
"Actually,I would like to train as a sniper."I nodded and looked down at my notes once again.I didn't get a lot of snipers today,so I could take her in training.

"Okay,here you go!You need to sign up this paper,training for snipers is at 5 pm.The room is on 3rd floor,second hall,first door to the left." I said while handing her the paper.

"Okay,thank you ma'am!"She said as she took the paper and left my office.Right now it was about 3 pm so I still had a some time for myself.I just decided to relax in my office a little bit.

After being on my phone for about 30 minutes,I decided to take a walk around the base to get some food.I got up from my chair and started making my way over to the mess hall.I saw that there were no recruits outside of König's office,I guess he is done with his work as well.

I started walking over to the mess hall,but the halls were...eerily empty.I slowed down my walking and after some time,I finally reached the mess hall.No one was inside...that was strange.I just walked over to the kitchen to get myself some food.I took the food and sat down on one of the tables.I took out my phone and asked Ghost where he was.He said that he was training with Calisto and Horangi,two members of KorTac.

I finished my food and it was around 4 pm.I decided to go to the training room for snipers to prepare everything for the upcoming training today.

I was looking at my phone while walking into the room for training,and I realized that there was also someone else in the room.I looked up from my phone and saw König with...Rin?The new recruit?

"Oh,hello.What are you guys doing here?"
I said while crossing my arms,my voice direct.
"Oh,hi Charly-I mean...colonel."He paused
"Im just helping Rin with her sniper...we used to be really good back at our KorTac base so...I'm glad she is back!"He said while wrapping his arm around her shoulders.

There was an weird,boiling sensation in my chest...was this...jealousy?

"Well,I need you guys to leave,I need to prepare the room for training."I said while walking towards one of the lockers in the corner of the changing room.

Rin slowly walked out of the room,but König stayed.

"Do you need any help?"He asked while walking over to me.
"No."I said,that boiling sensation still present
"Are you sure?"He asked,and I snapped.I quickly turned around to face him.

"I am,I would ask you for help if I needed it!"I said,my tone was harsh.He looked at me dead in the eyes,and I swear my heart skipped a beat.I got...scared.He looked mad,angry...whatever you want to call it.He started walking towards me,I took a few steps behind until my back hit the wall.

He placed one of his hands on the wall,his other hand on my chin.He was towering over me,literally...and he knew that.

"Listen...'colonel'..."his tone was harsh "I dont know what the fuck I did to you,but all I did to you was being nice...maybe you are the colonel here,but I won't let you talk to me like that just because this is your workplace."He said,his icy blue eyes scanning my whole face.His lips were only a few inches away from mine,I felt like collapsing.

I was just staring at him
"Got it,schatz?"I just nodded and he let go of me.He turned around and just walked out of the training room,leaving me there all alone...lost in my thoughts.

He still pretended like he didn't know what he did to me...
