chapter 2

The day begins as normal when you wake up at roughly six in the morning. Prepare your bag according to your schedule so that you may attend all of your classes on time. Then, get ready for the day.

You've been hearing rumors about Kim Taehyung being in love with you for a while now, but you didn't think it was true because he never told you.

You always thought that deeds spoke louder than words, and since Kim Taehyung never did anything, you assumed that everything you were told was false.

After finishing your math and English classes, you were studying management at a university while you sat on the floor and aimlessly scrolled through Instagram.

You were sitting on the ground by yourself when you felt a tap on your shoulder. Looking around, you saw that it was Kim Taehyung.

He unexpectedly smiles at you as he sits next to you and asks, "Are you on Instagram?" You nod in response, "Yes," and he continues, "Can you just show me your ID, I want to be friend with you." and you were cool with it since he said he wanted to be friends with you. You never trust rumors, he was well-behaved and you had known him since you were kids because he grew up in your neighborhood. Despite the fact that you were the same age and shared many memories, there were occasions when you were unable to communicate with him since you spent 6-7years living in the soul with your grandparents.

When you returned to your hometown two years ago, you were taken aback to see how much he had grown and trust me he was indeed breath taking handsome. However, you were also awkward because of the extended break in your friendship, but now that he had taken the first step, you were eager to become friends. You handed over your ID without hesitation because he smiled at you once more, which made you feel at ease. He then left the area without responding.

You've arrived at class to get ready for your arithmetic test. Not too long after, you got a "hi" message from Kim Taehyung, and although you replied, it made you feel strange. Tae can easily see you, and you can see him sitting in the corner. "We both are under the same shelter but why are we texting from such a short distance as I can clearly see you from here," you replied to him in a humorous text message. He scratched the back of his neck and said, "I am an introvert, I don't think so I can face you directly and talk to you." Since you were a more outgoing and outspoken person, many people around you felt at ease, so when you heard this, you felt it wasn't as hard as it seemed. Sadly, you couldn't have predicted Your entire destiny can be altered by this one "hi".

You return home at 5:00 p.m. So you can start your part-time employment, change into the uniform you left at the cafe. You had the advantage of being able to leave your house immediately because not many people could have seen you because you lived in an area where business tycoons predominate and everyone is always busy. You simply got into your car and told the driver to drop you off near the cafe; the driver was unaware that you work there, so you always tell them to drop off near the cafe because you want to meet your friend, and then you star your shift.

You walk into the cafe and run into your best buddy, coworker, or support network, whatever you want to say. With a smile,  Wooyoung waved to you. Despite knowing the truth about your situation, he has always stood with you.

Gazing at the vacant chairs, you emphasize, "What happened, why is the cafe so empty?" Wooyoung said, "actually we are running out of coffee beans so I told one of the staff to get back but it's been a while so i kept a closed sign outside of the door hanging on it because I am afraid if I turn it open we won't be able to serve the coffee to the customer" you know it was true that you can't run I cafe without proper utilities so you where arranging for the coffee beans instead of waiting for the staff from a long time and you found it being packet inside your warehouse which it was just behind the cafe.

The staff was also there still searching for it. You can't blame her because she joined recently and it's been almost 30mins she is still wandering and embarrassed to ask Wooyoung about it.
"That's totally fine, I got it now let's go" you pulled her with you turning the open sign outside the cafe and greeted the customer.

You were arranging for the coffee beans rather than waiting for the staff because you knew that a cafe cannot operate without the necessary utilities. After waiting for a while, you discovered that the coffee beans were being packed inside your warehouse, which was located just behind the café.

The staff member were still there, looking for it. You can't hold it against her-she just joined, and even after over thirty minutes, she's still idly wandering around, too shy to approach Wooyoung about it.
You dragged her along as you turned the cafe's sign to open and said, "That's totally fine, I got it now let's go."

You returned to work after receiving a message from Kim Taehyung asking how you were doing. You answered, "I'm at work; can I text you later?" and then you noticed the notification saying, "Sure, why not?"

You eventually got a message saying, "I'm getting bored. Can I come to your cafe so we can chat?" From the notification, you could see it was nothing but bullshit. He said it's hard to confront you and talk, so you weren't expecting him to be at the cafe when you just sent him a thumbs up. You now carried on with your task. Kim Taehyung is nowhere to be seen, and indeed, he did not show up and its almost 8 p.m.

You murmured "why say something when you're not capable of doing it".
