chapter 9

Y/n POV

None of us have heard about him until now, following the incident that occurred two days ago when Tae hurried to meet them.

I headed over to meet with Jungkook. Yunha informed me that he and his friends will be in the canteen. She was correct-I can see Jungkook conversing with Jimin and his pals. Most likely, I don't know their names. Across the table, I could see four more guys seated.

1st guy- he has broad shoulders and a handsome face.
2nd guy- he looks cold yet a sweet face with a pale skin
3rd guy- he was smiling widely at me as if he knew me very well. He was a ball of sunshine.
4th guy- he is well maintained and with the aura of the leader.

Ohh y/n what bought you here??" While the sunshine guy was beaming at an unknown person (you), Jungkook turned to face me.

"Isn't it obvious why she is here, pabo?" Jimin asks, giving Jungkook a small bump on the head that makes him sigh loudly.

I sat down next to a man with broader shoulders after bowing at everyone. He pointed to the man with pale skin who had just raised his hand while still staring at his food and said, "Y/n, this is Suga, and this is Jin at your right." You guessed it right: "This is RM, our group leader, and Jhop-."

"No, please call me Hobi," the man continued to smile broadly. Unknowingly, I grinned back and responded, "Sure, hobi oppa."

"Well, Taehyung is in a difficult circumstance, and it appears that you are unable to contact him by phone like we are. So, jungkook and I made the decision to meet him yesterday. It was then that we heard of his father's awful condition and that, despite his seeming good health, no one is sure what caused his sudden illness. Because they can never trust Taehyung's stepbrother Kim Jongin (Kai), they have decided to partially give him the stakes in the company so that he can manage it temporarily because Taehyung is the real son of CEO Mr. Kim. Jimin described the whole situation to me.

"Also taehyung asked you not to tell anything about the business stuff to your father you know right why I'm telling you this??" Glancing at me, RM seemed to be protecting Taehyung from something. "To be honest taehyung told us not to tell you about the business stuff because you belong to the rivalry company-" Suga was interrupted by Hobi as he was making this very serious argument.

"Hyung, you aren't supposed to tell her those things" Hobbie appears to be really irritated because Suga was quite direct with me. "It's common sense that she should really know. It's not like she doesn't work for a competitive company.

It wasn't an incorrect assumption. Before rejecting such an inner understanding, everyone would think a hundred times.

"That's okay, oppa. I'm not hurt at all. Indeed, you are correct, but is there a way to get in touch with Taehyung, or will he keep going to school? I sincerely want to see him once and give him a big hug and therefore I was hoping for a nice response. He is going to go through a lot just because his step-elder brother wants to take over Kim's property and status.

Kai has never stopped being an asshole. He has many connections to underworld organizations and was recently in the news. Soon after it was announced that he was a suspect in illegal smuggling, the information disappeared. Of course, he has connections to make those items possible.

Because of all of these reasons, Mr. Kim never liked Kai and always believed Taehyung would be the ideal heir. However, Kai often causes issues anytime Mr. Kim had plans involving Taehyung and business.

"I am aware that you suffered and in silence for two days, and that you are currently unable to communicate with him or, most likely, see him in person at his home. Y/n I hope you can relate to him; he truly loves you. "I'm really excited to see you two get married soon," Jin Oppa stated, clapping his hands joyfully and expressing excitement over our union. I was heated to the extreme.

"Well, I guess it's time for me to head out," I said as I turned to quickly cover up my tomato-like expression.

I rushed to my class and told to Yunha.

I made the decision to allow Taehyung some room and not rush him so he could clean up the mess without being disturbed.
