5years later

Y/n pov:

Time goes by so quickly.

I took control of the company two years ago. The company is operating at a far higher level than it was previously. After retirement, appa now enjoys a quiet life in Korea with eomma. Right now, Yunha and I are residing in Los Angeles, where I manage all of our branches.

Yunha declined to take over her father's company and instead decided to become a restaurant owner.  Both of us relocated to Los Angeles and made our careers our first priority.

"Mr. Yoon, he's here," my secretary said to me. "Ok I'll be in the meeting room in 5" As I made my way to the conference room, I was greeted by everyone.

"It's good to meet you, Ms. y/n. I finally had the opportunity to meet the well-known business woman like you," Mr. Yoon added, extending his hand for a handshake.

"Mr. Yoon, stop being so modest. Everyone wants to meet you and discuss business, as we all know. It is a privilege to meet you.

I described a forthcoming challenge with presentation. I would be happy to work with Yoon Enterprise. I'm hoping he'll take the offer. Together, we can make this the greatest success story ever. I was crossing my fingers for an answer from him.

"Hmm I think...." His index finger remained resting on his chin. "Alright! We can proceed with it without any issues," my secretary gave me the deal documents get it signed. "Happy to know we will be together , we can both grow our companies and take advantage of the market." As Mr. Yoon was signing the documents, I said.

Jeonghan-" So why don't we celebrate the day?"
Y/n- "Sure, why not!!"
Jeonghan- "Ok then let's meet up at Casa Madera tonight at 8pm? House on me"
Y/n-"Uhhh no no we can split up the bills. It's too expensive"
Jeonghan-"Ms. y/n i insist please "
Y/n-"but..."
Jeonghan- "No buts, we are done with the conversation. Will meet you up at 8pm" without another word he left the meeting room.

I completed the rest of the work and left home around 6pm. I need to pick a good outfit. Even tho it's not a date, I wanna look pretty like always *self love*

(Your home)

I reached home and ran to my room and opened my closet. Damn i don't have any good outfit????
After spending 30mins i finally found one.

I probably did a touch-up with some light makeup. It was 7:15 p.m. already. There's no way I want to be late today. It will be my first time spending time with Jeonghan. He is one of the most powerful businessmen in Korea and Los Angeles, and I am honored to be following him on this tour. I don't want to do anything right now that will damage the meet

I arrived at the restaurant 5mins early.

It's so damn lovely, dammit. I was taking in the restaurant's every detail as though I had never been there before. I'll be honest, I've eaten at far better restaurants, but when someone else pays for the table, is there any reason not to simply appreciate the beauty?

The restaurant manager came over to talk to me. "Hi, Ms. Y/n. I hope you enjoy dining at our restaurant. Mr. Yoon is waiting for you at table no. 10!" Whatttt, I arrived early, but this man is already here!

"Yes, thank you very much," I replied to the manager as I made my way to table number 10 to have a quick look at the man in black, who appears extremely attractive. I now understand why so many girls fall for him. 

I truly appreciate his handsome face but nahhh not gonna make me fall for this. I had enough of shit in the past.

Jeonghan- "Ohh Ms. Y/n your on time"
Y/n- "haha I'm always punctual on time" I lied
Jeonghan - " that's good, please have a seat" he got up from his chair and pulled mine. What a gentleman.
Y/n - "thank you" I sat and he went back to his place which was opposite to mine
Jeonghan- " i have already placed the special order. I hope you don't mind that I haven't asked for your choice of taste "
Y/n- "ohh no no I'm totally fine with it"  but I did want to order my food!!!
Jeonghan - "well, the special order includes all the best selling meals of the restaurant so I'm confident enough it's gonna be a blast tonight" I just nodded.

He talks a lot, and we had some casual conversation. This side of Jeonghan felt more at ease, and he is incredibly admirable. When it comes to business, he is terrifying. The food came out quickly. Gazing at the food, I gasped. Did he order everything on the restaurant's menu, bro? The table was loaded with food, and I can guarantee that the aroma of it is already filling half of my stomach.
Jeonghan: "Let's get started."

Twenty minutes have passed. I suppose I'm already full because I just finished my first round of meals.

Y/n- "Mr. yoon i think you order way too much" .
Jeonghan: "Don't feel bad if we can't finish the food and just call me Jeonghan or Hannie." He continued "The restaurant will bring the unfinished meal to my trust. I also own a non-profit company
Y/n-  "You're so thoughtful," I was so drained already that I was unable to say much.

(Time -10pm)
I checked the clock and saw that I would arrive home too late, to the point where Yunha had yelled at me.
Y/n- "Thank you for the treat, it felt great to spend time with you. I'll head out first."
Jeonghan: "Allow me to take you home. It's past due already."
Jeonghan's phone rings.
Jeonghan: "Are you sure? Here I am at Casa Madera. Ohh that's great, whatever, I was leaving now with my friend/business partner...we are coming down," he said, confused by my somewhat unclear attitude. Did he say we were heading down?

Jeonghan: "y/n my friend is just at the door. I apologize for bringing you up as a friend, but he's going to drop us both. If it's comfortable for you, may I?"
I gave him a smile and said, "I would love to be your friend," before leaving the restaurant.

A Rolls-Royce was waiting at the front gate. The door opens wide reveling a familiar face......
