RHYAN BROWN
NOVEMBER ;

THE SAME EXACT NIGHT of the Grizzlies Vs Timberwolves game Zane made his way over to Rhyan's apartment. She'd left the game a little early to prepare them dinner and because it was very obvious that Minnesota was gonna win the game.

Rhyan fixed up some steak, steamed broccoli, baked potatoes and Brussels sprouts. She knew her way around the kitchen.. sometimes.

"You actually made all this? Or you lyin." Zane asked kinda amazed at what she had fixed up.

Playfully rolling her eyes, she nodded. "Yeah you like it?" She asked smiling, just happy to be in his presence. As much as Rhyan hated it but when she was with someone she was obsessed with their whole existence, it was like she got attached.

"Hell yes." He nodded biting into the steak. Deep down Zane wanted it to be like this every night. After his games or practices, coming home to meals. With Rhyan. Letting her be able to accompany him in all his team dinners where other players brought their wives or girlfriends.

Him and Rhyan just couldn't seem to get it together though. Or more so him.

"When you gonna move in with me?" The two had been together for four years and he'd brought the topic up once before , he'd just never gotten a solid answer. Personally he felt like they were at the marriage stage.

Rhyan never gave him a yes or no because deep down she knew it was a bad idea. The two were toxic and she was aware. They broke up way too many times to count and Rhyan felt that it wasn't good for one house.

Plus she'd have to find a job in Minnesota that paid equally as good as her current one. And even though her daddy still gave her money like she was a kid, Rhyan liked having her own.

And lastly, Zane was a professional athlete. Meaning whenever he was on the road for games she'd be stuck in house because she wouldnt know anyone there. Over all it would be dumb.

She softly sighed, "I don't know, Zane."

"When are you gonna know? You ain't been knowin for the past year now." He shook his head, leaning back in his chair and looking at her.

"I gotta job and-"

"I been told you that you ain't gone have to work round me. I'm the man in this relationship, correct? Okay so, that's my job to supply you with needs. I make a million dollars a year, Rhyan, come on now."

"It's not only that Zay, I got people here and stuff. I wouldn't know nobody up there? It wouldn't make since." She told him, hoping he'd drop it. "Can you go ahead and finish your food so I can start cleaning the kitchen?" She said since it was nearing 12.
