Mina's POV
It's been days since our family got the threat and we've been preparing our clan for the possible ambush.
Tonight, we knew it was going to happen. Mr. and Mrs. Son are with us and we're going to fight as one.
We went to the abandoned building and fought with everyone inside.
Once we got to the top floor, our enemies were there.
"Took you long enough to get here." The man said.
"Pay us back, we've waited long enough." My Dad said.
"Let's negotiate things... Why doesn't your dear daughter marry my daughter so we're paid." The man said.
"Mr. Minatozaki, your daughter is not what we want..." Mr. Son said.
"You can take her, she's useless." Mr. Minatozaki said and pushed her daughter towards us.
Her daughter was tied up and she was crying on the floor.
My mom looked at me and gestured for me to help the girl.
I immediately carried the girl to stand up and she stayed behind me.
Without any warning, gunshots were heard all around the place and I saw my parents and Mr. and Mrs. Son lying on the floor covered with blood.
I immediately shot Mr. Minatozaki's foot which made him stumble.
"Don't kill him, please!" The girl behind me shouted.
When I was sure that no one would shoot anymore, I went to my parents and for the first time, I let my tears flow in front of them.
"I told you before... You'll run the clan... Don't let them kill you." Dad said as he barely breathed.
"Mina... Don't let us down... We love you so much." Mom said and stopped breathing.
I cried silently and kissed their cheeks.
"They will pay for everything... I'll kill them..." I whispered and kissed their cheeks.
I went to the other couple and they were barely breathing also.
"Mina... Take care of our daughter..." Mrs. Son said.
"Take our properties and Businesses, run them, and give it to our daughter when the right time comes." Mr. Son said.
"I will..." I said.
They then closed their eyes and their heart stopped beating.
"Let's go!" The girl said and pulled me out of the building before her father got up to shoot us.
I drove us back to the house and when I parked the car, I just stared at the steering wheel as I remembered everything that just happened.
"Hey..." The girl said.
"Don't touch me..." I said and pushed her hand away.
"I'm sorry..." She said.
"Follow me." I said and went out of the car.
I led her to the guest room and gave her extra clothes.
"We'll talk tomorrow." I said and locked the door.
I went back into my room and cried silently as I mourned over my parents' death.
The next morning, I told my lawyer to tell Mr. Son's lawyer about their death and I told my other men to make their deaths an accident.
Everything was perfectly setup and I decided to skip school today because I still need to clean up the mess from last night's failed operation.
"Minatozaki..." I said when I saw the girl sit down from the bed.
She was startled at first but I ignored it.
"It's Sana... Minatozaki Sana..." She said.
"Sana... My parents died because of your father." I said.
"I'm sorry..." She said.
"I won't kill you... But you better follow everything I say." I said.
"I'll do everything." She said.
"Good... Kill your father." I said.
"W-what?" She asked.
"I'll kill you? Or you'll kill your father?" I asked.
"I'll kill him." She said.
I nodded and pointed at the table next to her.
"That's your stuff... Until you kill your father, you'll stay in this house." I said.
She nodded and looked down.
"You're Sharon... Tzuyu's girlfriend, right?" She asked.
"Mina... Myoi Mina..." I said.
She nodded and looked away.
"Could you teach me how to hold a gun?" She asked.
I was surprised by her request and I immediately knew that we'll start from square one.
