Last night, Tzuyu asked me a lot of questions about Mina, but I only answered the obvious ones because I don't know if I can tell the whole truth.
Mina and I haven't talked about the things I can share with other people, and I don't want to invade her privacy also.
Even if Mina is a cold hearted person, I know her soft spot, and it is her parents.
She loves talking about them, and it makes her emotional all the time.
The necklace she always wears was given by her father, and she never forgets to wear it every single day.
I woke up with Tzuyu beside me who was waiting for me to wake up.
"Good morning, baby." I said and hugged her.
"Good morning." She said and gave me a kiss.
"What should we do today?" I asked.
"I don't know... Maybe just talk..." She said.
I looked at her and she was staring outside the window.
When I looked outside, I saw Mina just standing in the middle of the open field and maybe she's doing her own meditation there.
"She's always like that, don't worry about her." I said.
Tzuyu then looked at me and smiled.
"Let's have breakfast." I said and carried her.
"Babe, you haven't brushed your teeth!" She said while laughing.
"I'll do it later, I'm hungry." I said and went to the dining room where our breakfast was already done.
There was an empty space at the corner for each dish, so I think Mina already ate her breakfast.
"How can your servants be so stealthy that I don't even see them?" Tzuyu asked.
"Mina trained them well..." I said.
"Why does it look like Mina is the head of the house?" She asked.
"Because she really is the owner of this house... She just like... Sort of adopted me... I wouldn't be alive if she didn't give me a chance... I was actually supposed to marry her, but things went south because of our parents, and we negotiated things." I said.
"How?" She asked.
"That's a story that Mina should tell... I don't have the right to tell you." I said.
"Okay..." She said.
In the afternoon, Mina left and went somewhere I don't have an idea about, but I drove Tzuyu to their house and left after dinner.
"Mina?" I called her when I got in the house, but as usual, she didn't answer.
I checked the living room and found her watching a movie on her laptop.
"I drove her home..." I said.
"Good..." She said and sat down.
"Mina... If she asks for more details on how we met... What should I tell her?" I asked.
"Tell her you can't tell the story." She said.
"Okay..." I said.
"Chaeyoung almost got kidnapped again earlier... I just stopped the van that's why she got away." She said.
"Do you have plans on telling her the whole truth?" I asked.
"I don't know... Maybe I need a little more time." She said.
I nodded and she received a message which made her mood change into a scarier one.
"Grab your gun... We'll save Chaeyoung." She said and ran to her room to get her gear.
I also did the same and we drove to Chaeyoung's house.
"If I don't come back in 5 minutes, drive away, don't bother coming back for me, I can take care of myself." She said.
I nodded and she left me in the car.
