Both the unconscious people lay in the back of the bus while the other sat more in front.

The ride was long and tiring. No one was speaking or even whispering a word. They were driving through a forest before arriving at a farm house, the place where April had spent a lot of her childhood. Leo and Aleck were still unconscious, laying in the back of the bus, yet the latter was slowly waking up again. His fingers were twitching again, but the turtle beside him was still out cold.
'Hey guys, do you also hear that?' Mikey asked suddenly as he carried Aleck inside the house. The other stopped talking, but shook there heads to let him know their was nothing to them. 'No, why?' April asked as she let everyone inside. Mikey laid the human down on the couch. 'I don't know, I'm hearing this strange and creepy whispering', he answered, seeming to be genuinely frightened by it. The others shut up once more, trying their hardest to hear something that could be similar to what Mikey was hearing.
'There's still nothing', April said.
'It's probably the stress from earlier', Donnie added as they followed Raph who carried Leo upstairs. The rest of them followed to the bathroom. There they laid the oldest turtle in the bathtub, which they filled with water, in the hopes it would speed up his healing process. Casey was the first to leave the bathroom and go downstairs to check up on Aleck. Though he didn't trust him that much, he had still been thrown through a window. As he approached the couch, he could hear something. As if people were whispering to each other, yet he was alone in the room with an unconscious person. It wasn't possible to be hearing anything. But he understood finally what Mikey was so confused about earlier. He walked past all the windows, but their was no one in sight. He tried to shrug it off but he had an unsettling feeling that something weird was going on.

Normally I wouldn't agree with Mikey very easily. But could you really blame me for that. Just like the others won't believe me easily when I told them that there was this freaky whispering in the room where only an unconscious guy was accompanying me in.
But that's when I noticed that the whispering came from said unconscious person. A shiver ran down my child and approached Aleck. He had been slowly regaining consciousness since Mikey carried him inside from the car... but it's been slow, like I said. As I walked closer to him the whispering got more obvious, and the voice became more clear. Nothing seemed to be off about him at first glance. However, when he turned his head slight more to the side, his hair fell away revealing a terrifying sight I had not expected to see. I gasped and took a step back as at least 7 eyes stared my way.
What the actual fuck was I looked at. Only his "normal" pair of eyes were closed, indicating that he was still... unconscious? There were strange looking mouths on his jaw and neck, which were causing the freaky whispering. I wasn't a doctor or very smart in general, but I was quite sure we could rule out that Aleck was schitzophrenic, because he was certainly not.

(Authors note: to remove any confusion that might be there. This trait on Aleck is heaily based on Sid from Dear Door. [Do not go read that if you are under the age of 18 years old, I'm just giving credit where credit is due :)])--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
'Guys...', I called, 'Guys!' I could hear their footsteps on the stairs as they joined me in the living room. Also they were met with the sight of seven eyes staring their way. No one said anything for a solid two minutes. 'Fascinating', Donnie whispered as he approached Aleck, 'So this is what he meant with hearing voices, but in the literal sense.
'See, I told you guys I heard something!' Mickey said. On the one hand he was glad to not be going insane. But on the other hand, 7 eyes staring at him, was still freaking him out. 'This must be a form of mutation, but only to one side of his face. Now I must really examine the medication he takes, because we've seen his full face before and that hadn't been there before', Donnie explained. He was fascinated by this strange phenomenon, which frankly also freaked me out due to the situation we found ourselves in.
'I told you we couldn't trust this guy', Raph sneared. He stayed in the doorway with his arms crossed in front of his face. However while Donnie was still examining Aleck's face, the last two eyes opened and Aleck stared up at the turtle being right in his face. 'Aaah!' he screamed for a moment, which wasn't weird considering the circumstances. 'You're screaming! We should be screaming', Raph yelled. Aleck sat up straight, groaning as it was clear that he was still in pain. He looked up at the clock above the door, which wasn't working, but by the time he heard the whispering himself, he knew exactly what time it was. He hid the side of his face with his hand and looked at us in a panic.
He frantically started shoving a hand in his pockets and grabbed his medication, which he quickly swallowed. The effects were almost immediate and the eyes and mouths disappeared, leaving his face looking normal again. 'I can explain... well not really... But I can explain what I know', he quickly said. Raph was almost growling behind me as we all just silently stared at Aleck.
