11. the way home

A/N: it's a bit ironic but i'm dislexic and ninjago has some non real words in the series. cut me some slack man😭. also y/n can't teleport for a while.

i sit up from the bed looking around the room before spotting fresh clean clothes. i get up and inspect them; a sweater and cargo pants. i slip into them then go to fix my hair. "y/n?" i heard the old man call. "in here" i yell as he comes up "i brought you breakfast... are you sure you want to leave so soon?" he asked. "yes. thank you for sheltering me mr. stev but i have to find my way home" he nods.

i've been gone for a while...about a year or so. the ninja think i'm dead, master wu is gone and i don't know where i am.

i open the door and wave to the old man before leaving. i walk down the market before stopping at one. "hi, what city am i in?" i ask. the girl lifts her head up and looks at me oddly as if she almost recognizes me "uhhhh black river.." i nod and keep moving

so i'm not very far from ninjago city... but how will i get there..then i hear a horse neighing. well i guess i found out

i approach the horse and after struggling to stay on after it bucked we were off. i got to the entrance of the city but stop by a ranch. "hey" i get the attention of the man "uh yeah? oh hello young man...how can i help ya?" i smile "how about you drive me to the middle of ninjago city and i'll give to a broke rideable horse ya?" the man looked delighted and agreed.

he drove me to the middle of ninjago city and i thanked him before he sped off. i walk into a cafe and order food. my ass hurt from riding bear back but it will be worth it. i eat and leave the store before hearing commotion. I turned the corner to see Lloyd chasing someone. my eyes go wide and i grab a taxi. "take me to Borgs tower please"

"Cyrus borg?" i say quietly. he turns around quickly "w-what you're not dead? is this a joke?" i shake me head "i need to find the ninja.." he nods and sits me down. i woke up to borg shaking my body awake "we have to go" i nod and get up we arrive later than all the other ninja. cyrus already told me about the oni mask so i was all filled in. i walk into the room. i didn't look my best honestly... i have scratches on my face and i had baggy eyes but cyrus made me a new suit.

i see kai give lloyd a nuckle to head before seeing me. they all pause and stop. "...hi" i said before getting slammed to the floor by cole "WE THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD" he sobbed "ha me too..."
