Where Purple Meets Green (Ninjago: Lloyd X Oc)

The Prophecy

After Nya had reprimanded a guilty looking Lloyd for running off with me. She led us into a kitchen. It was small but could comfortably fit 3 people.

"We have eggs or Cereal." She said opening up the fridge.

"Oooo eggs!" Lloyd chirped.

"I wasn't asking you." Nya flicked Lloyd's head. He huffed as Nya turned to me. Lloyd peeked over her shoulder at me silently pleading.

"Uh.... Eggs?"

"Yes" Lloyd whisper shouted, smirking at me.

Nya rolled her eyes and shoved the carton of eggs into his hands. "You can make them then"

She smiled warmly at me before walking out of the kitchen. When I turned back around Lloyd was already standing over the stove. I walked over and stood next to him peering over his shoulder at the eggs cooking.

"Need any help?" I asked.

"Do you want to grab that large plate over there?" He motioned over to the other counter with his head.

"Sure!" I walked over to where the large plate sat and brought it back over.

"Thanks!" He smiled setting the already cooked pile of eggs on the plate.

"I smell Breakfast!" Someone yelled.

The next thing I knew 3 rowdy Ninja in Blue, Red, and Black pjs came rushing into the kitchen. The already small space soon became incredibly crowded. I could feel my breathing quicken. I ended up backing into Lloyd's chest to make room. He set his hands on my shoulders and mouthed for me to cover my ears, when I tiled my head to look up at him. I did as I was told.

And thank the FSM I did because the next moment Lloyd yelled in a commanding tone. "EVERYONE OUT OR NOBODY GETS ANYTHING!"

The 3 Ninja were frozen for a moment before they all grumbled and shuffled out. Lloyd sighed as I stepped away to turn and look at him.

"Let's finish up before they get hangry" He chuckled.
I nodded and finished helping him make breakfast.

After Lloyd allowed the Ninja to return, they each took a plate full and left for their own rooms. Apparently they had a mission last night after I had fallen asleep. It took them most of the night to deal with, meaning they didn't get back till late. They were just barely running on caffeine and adrenaline by the time they got back. I wondered how Lloyd still had so much energy compared to the rest.

After breakfast I found myself sitting in front of Wu in his study. We each had a cup of tea before us. He asked me to explain what had happened that night. I recalled everything in detail. It was still fresh in my mind anyway. Hard to forget almost getting kidnapped.

"I feared this would happen" Wu sighed, shaking his head.

"What's happening?" I questioned. I wanted to know why The Phantoms wanted me. A normal girl.

"You are anything but normal, Raila." Wu responded almost like he was reading my thoughts.

'Could he read my mind?'

"You, like Lloyd, are apart of a prophecy that dates back centuries." He continued.

I stared blankly at him. 'Prophecy?'

"These Phantoms want you for your power." His voice was gentle but strict.

"I can not tell you much about the prophecy or your powers, but I can tell you that you are not just a normal teenage girl, Raila Dawn." He sighed, taking a sip of his tea.
