After Awase was killed by Izuku he released that Yosetsu Awase was the Ua traitor. To make matters worse is that Nezu showed video of Awase stealing files as he also showed that the Hero Commissioner allowed the betrayal to happen as it also shows that they threatened Nezu that if he expelled them they would shut down.
Just before everyone was outraged one of the reporters asked what would happen to those who betrayed the boy as Nezu answered.
Nezu: I will expelled them as I intended to as they are gonna be replaced except for a few students.
Reporter: who are those few students that you choose to stay at this prestigious school.
Nezu: the people who are staying that didn't betray the young person is Kyoka Jirou, Denki Kiminari, Momo Yaoyorozu(who is not at Ua and also quit as well) Koji Koda (Izuku actually helped him with his shyness) Mezoi Shouji, Shoto Todoroki(both Izuku and Shoto see each other as brothers).
After telling them about those who didn't betray Izuku some were spectacle about it but soon after they wanted everyone who did betray Izuku to not be hero's. Those who did betray Izuku got expelled and they were outraged by it as they tried protesting that they should stay as the hero commissioner came and try to stop Nezu but Nezu told them that their shit out of luck due to trusting what they saw as he made them watch what they did. The hero commissioner tried explaining their actions but some see that they were handcuffed by police as they tried to explain their actions to get off but the officers refused.
Luckily for them a new hero commissioner was appointed by the world hero and turns out the newest hero commissioner is no other then Inko. Of course she was not expecting it but as was told she was appointed due to her own son getting betrayed as she accepted it. She came across that she seen a lot of stuff that the previous hero commissioner was doing which was allow a lot of fake hero's to do what they wanted as she see why she allowed the betrayal to happen on her own son. When Izuku heard about his mother being the hero commissioner he thought as if she would have him stop but soon enough he see that she allowed him to continue doing what he's doing as she made a lot of changes.
For starters she discarded hero licenses due to seeing how dumb it was to be a hero as she made that public but allowed hero schools to still be in place as she wants every school to start teaching on how not to be a fake hero and to be a real hero. Next she ordered everyone to be checked as to see who's gonna be a real hero and not a fake hero at that which surprised everyone who was in a hero school due to some who had intentions on being a fake hero. After most were kicked out due to trying to be a fake hero most had been trying to fight for their spot of being a hero which had failed.
So far those who had betrayed Izuku had became villains (some not all) and is about to attack Ua but soon had to delay it because of a certain person who was able to defeat them without a second thought. Right now Inko went to a place where she hasn't been in a while as she wants to know how this one friend of her has been doing after what happened.
As she made it she felt like forever as she made it to the doorway. Just as she knocks she heard a loud voice saying she coming. Just as she came both seen eye to eye for the first time since both of their sons were little.

Mitsuki: oh Inko you're here for the first time since our sons went to middle school.
Inko: I know I haven't seen you since how have you been?

As Inko did as she went to the living room as Mitsuki followed her.
Mitsuki: other then that brat being a dumbass and me realizing he's gonna be a fake hero my life has been pretty good actually.

Inko: I am shocked that he cheated on you with another women.
Mitsuki: if anything I'm glad that he did he was a total bitch to me anyways and I'm glad that he took the little shit.
