The sun was about to set, when Tom pulled me out of the group of people. "Wanna get out of here?" He whispers in my ear. "What do you mean?" "Just come with me." Tom then walks me out of the house and we were standing in front of our cars. "Yours is more worth, right?" He asks. "Yeah." "Then we'll take mine." What? "That doesn't make sense Tom." "It will."
We sit in his Mercedes and he starts to drive somewhere. "Where are we going exactly? Besides you drank." "I'm good, Jordan. You'll see where we're going."

"You know what I realized?" Tom says as he drove on to the highway. "What?" "We've been fake dating for nearly a month." "Really? Already?" "Yeah. And yet I still don't know you." I giggle, "you know me, Tom." "You know what I mean, Jordan." "Well... what do you want to know?" "I don't know, just tell me about yourself." "Like a job interview or meeting a new friend?" "Jordan!" I laugh, "I lived in Croatia until I was five, but then my parents moved here." "From Croatia to Tokyo? Why?" "I don't know, but then my parents allegedly got murdered when I was twelve." "You mom didn't." "Yeah. I never went to school or had to work because my parents were rich..." "Wow... and what were you doing since then?" "I bought my car, tuned it, got my own place and started racing. Then I became the best female racer and... now I'm here." "Wait.. So no lover?" "No, why?" "Why not?" "I.. I don't know, actually. I always thought love is useless and a waste of time after my parents died. So I just kept my distance from love. I mean I hooked up a lot but you know.." "without feelings. I get it."

We talked a lot and I actually got to know the hurt side of Tom. He has a lot of pain in his heart and I wish I could take it all away and put it in mine. We were still driving. I don't even know why.

I pulled my knees to my chest and look at him while he's driving. "You're so handsome." I mumble. "What?" "Nothing."
All of the sudden he stops the car and turns towards me. His eyes meet mine, and there's a vulnerable honesty in his gaze. "There's something I need to tell you," he says, taking a deep breath. As he parks the car, he looks at me with a serious expression. "You know, this fake relationship we've been pretending? It's not just an act for me," he admits, his eyes searching mine. "I've fallen for you for

My heart pounds as his words hang in the air. The weight of his confession settles in, and I feel a mixture of shock and anticipation. I look into his eyes, searching for any sign that he might be joking, but all I find is sincerity.
"I... you're fucking kidding," I stammer, my mind racing to comprehend the revelation. The air in the car suddenly feels charged with an unspoken tension, and I can't help but meet his intensity with a mix of vulnerability and curiosity.

He reaches out, gently cupping my face in his hands. "I couldn't keep pretending," he whispers, his thumb brushing against my cheek. The warmth of his touch sends shivers down my spine, and I find myself leaning into it, drawn by an irresistible magnetic force.
Our lips inch closer, the gravity of the moment pulling us together. I close my eyes, surrendering to the overwhelming surge of emotions. The soft brush of his lips against mine sends a jolt through my entire being, and my heart races even faster. It's a kiss that feels like the unraveling of a secret, a forbidden truth laid bare.
Time seems to stand still as our connection deepens. The world outside the car fades away, leaving only the two of us lost in the intensity of the moment. The kiss is a revelation, an acknowledgment of emotions too strong to be contained any longer.

When we finally pull away, the air in the car crackles with newfound intimacy. I open my eyes to meet his gaze, and there's an unspoken understanding that we've crossed a threshold, stepping into uncharted territory.
"I didn't plan for any of this, if I knew I would fall in love with you I wouldn't made that bet." he admits, a hint of lust in his eyes.
"Me neither, but I'm happy that you lost the bet first," I reply, a mixture of excitement and trepidation swirling within me. As he starts the car again, the road ahead seems to stretch into a landscape of unknown possibilities.
