Sonic's pov
"Sonic?" The two tailed fox stared at me in disbelief. He looked the same as the day I left him. My best friend "is that really you?"
I sighed. This is the last thing I needed "yeah it's me"
I thought he'd be angry. I thought he would scream at me and tell me what a bad friend but Without hesitation he rushed up and hugged me.
"I'm so happy to see you" he said tearfully "how could you just run off like that. I feared the worst"
"Well I couldn't go up to you like this" I gestured to myself.
"You really thought I'd look down on you cause of your new look? I thought you trusted me more" he folded his arms.
"It's not that kid. I just didn't want you to get caught up in my mess" I muttered.
"How'd you even get like this" tails shook his head.
"That's a long story" I sighed "listen tails I know you have no reason to help me but my friend has been kidnapped by robotnic and I need your help to save him. He got dragged into my mess and-"
"Say no more" tails put up his hand up "of course I'll help you"
"Oh thank you tails" I pulled the boy into a hug "your the best friend a guy could ask for"
"Well this friend must be important to you if you were spending so much time together in your monster form" he gave me a knowing look.
"Again another long story" I blushed slightly.
"Riiight" he smirked "alright you go on ahead. I need to make a few calls"
