"Y-Yes, I'm his mother," Y/N said, prompting Jeongchan to look at her face with an unnamed emotion in his eyes. A chorus of voices abruptly caught Jin oppa and Y/N's attention. They turned to see two unfamiliar ladies in their 30s standing behind them, wearing shocked expressions. As both Jin oppa and Y/N wondered who they were, the boys who had bullied Jeongchan rushed toward the ladies, shouting, "Mummy!" The confusion lifted, and they realized these were the mothers of the bullies.

Jin oppa's anger simmered as he approached them, reproaching,

"Don't you guys know what manner is? Is this how you're teaching your sons to bully and mock others?" He glared at them with disgust, while Y/N, accompanied by Jeongchan, also approached.

"Mister, mind your language; you don't know how to speak to a woman," one of the ladies retorted.

"Mam, you should only teach your child a good thing instead of parsing them to bully others"

"children have to know how to be kind to others and not bully," Y/N shot back. The lady on the right insisted,

"We listened to everything, and we didn't lie about anything."

"Our sons are not getting appreciation because of this boy; everyone praises him just because he is motherless," the lady on the left stated, further infuriating both Jin oppa and Y/N.

"Just shut up! Now that I know where these boys learned those things, it's not their fault," Y/N shouted, unable to tolerate any more disrespect towards Jeongchan.

"Also I am his mother, don't you hear what i said? Huh?"

"How do we even know he has a mother when we've never seen one?"

"Also we didn't even know who his real father? Different men show up at every school meeting." one of the boys' mothers retorted with a scoff.

Y/N's frustration peaked as angrily, she retorted,

" Just because you're oblivious to his family doesn't mean you get to judge him so keep your assumptions to yourself." .

"Now that you know he has a mother too, learn some manners and teach your sons too." Handing Jeongchan to Jin, Y/N bent down to address the boys who had bullied him.

"Kids, now you know Jeongchan has a mother. No more bullying, okay? Let's be kind. And everyone has talents so everyone can receive the praise they deserve. Understand?" Y/N spoke sweetly, to not blame the children for their mothers fault.

Those boys nodded in agreement, and apologized to jeongchan, realizing their mistake but the scoffs and dragged their children from there . Y/N then reclaimed Jeongchan from Jin and spoke to him affectionately, encouraging him to share any troubles he might have.
