Audri's POV

It was 5:15 in the evening as I sat in the passenger seat of Khalil's black Range Rover. To say I was excited would be a mass understatement. Judith and Sierra were landing any minute. Justin's album release party was in two days and they were coming to keep me company. Well at least Sierra was, Judith was all about Khalil.

I looked to my left and watched the happy look on his face. "You actually like Judith?" I giggled.

The most adorable smile crept on his face. "Why is it so hard to believe?" he laughed.

"It's just, she's not the most affectionate person. How did this even happen?" I looked down at my phone, waiting for Justin to text me with our plans for lunch.

"Thanksgiving. She was tough to crack, but she has a soft side."

"She's been fooling me for the past twenty years," I laughed.

Khalil's phone started ringing and he immediately grabbed the door handle. "Yeah, I'm right outside," he explained.

We sat there for another five minutes until I saw Judith's big curly brown hair bouncing. Khalil pulled on the door handle and got out of the car. I did the same as my sister and best friend quickly approached the vehicle.

"Khalil!" Judith dropped her bags and jumped into his arms.

Yep. It's definitely raining in hell.

Sierra rolled her eyes and engulfed me in a much-needed hug, "Hey AC."

"Go back home," I joked as I wrapped my arms around her for a few seconds before pulling back. Khalil and Judith were still hugging until I cleared my throat. "Ahem," I folded my arms across my chest.

"Hey baby sis," Judith laughed, reaching for me. Her green eyes looked especially vivid today.

Khalil grabbed their bags and piled them into his vehicle. I grabbed my bag and hopped in the backseat to sit next to Sierra.

"Where are we staying?" she questioned. I knew she was really being nosey and questioning my relationship with Justin.

"You're staying at my place, with me," I smiled. "I don't know where Judith is staying." Judith ignored my comment and continued to gaze at Khalil as he drove with one hand on the wheel. "I hope you don't mind, but tonight is my date night with Justin since Friday is the album release party." Sierra shook her head as she typed away on her phone. "Who is that?" I peaked over.

"Just some guy," she cheesed.

"You know how many people are texting just some guy? He's cheating on a lot of people," I replied sarcastically, earning an elbow in the rib.

When we pulled up to my place, Khalil parked so we could all get out. "Damn Audri, this place is nice!" They all followed me as I gave them a very short tour of my two-bedroom condo, well Justin's two-bedroom condo.

When we got done, I headed out to my balcony that overlooked the hills. It was really beautiful, I loved sitting out here to do my homework. Sierra took a seat next to me and Khalil sat across from us with Judith on his lap.

We started making small talk until Judith had to ruin it. "Why didn't you tell me about your pregnancy scare?"

I was never shocked about my sister's bluntness, but I had no idea how she found out. I turned to my left and glared at Sierra.

"I did not tell her," she threw her hands up.

"Only you, Janine, and Justin knew," I tried to think hard. "Justin. I'm going to kill him," I balled up my fists.
