Alexander pov

"Can we get this to go please?" I asked. Maria walked over with two soup containers and began boxing everything up. I pulled the small inhaler from my pocket and took two puffs. This probably ruined any and all chance I had with Thomas. God I'm so stupid. Wait no I'm not stupid, panic attacks are stupid.

"I'm not gonna ask you why that happened, but if you ever want someone to talk to, just call me" Thomas snatched a pen off the table and wrote his number on my wrist. "What time can I call you" I wonder if his sleep schedule is just as fucked up as mine.

"Anytime other then from 3-8 am, if you do I will kill you" that's oddly specific. Probably the time he sleeps after his shift at the bar. Suddenly my phone buzzed in my pocket, damn it John wrong time.

" I gotta take this real quick" Thomas nodded and walks back towards the restaurant. I answer the phone only to pull it away as fast as I could.

"YOU HAD A PANIC ATTACK AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME! What if you hadn't started breathing properly and WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. How would I make rent Lexi! I would lose our apartment. I would have to strip for money, AND I DON'T WANNA SHAKE MY ASS FOR SOME OLD MAN" I slowly put the phone closer to my ear again.

"Calm your tits john" I sighed. "I had a friend with me" I waited as the line went silent. "Mr. Tall, dark, and extremely handsome?" "How the hel-" I was cut off as a horn beeped in the parking lot behind me. "Alex.... Maria called me to get you home"

"And I wanted to see this guy Mari was talking about" My god that women is gonna be the death of me I thought to myself. "She told you!" I met this guy not even five hours ago and John already know. " Yeah and he's hotter then hell!"

I walk closer to John's car and lean down toward the window. Thomas soon walked out of the restaurant with two soup containers in hand, how sweet.

"uh you forgot this" Thomas hands me one of the containers and leans down towards the window. " So how do you know how hot hell is?" He asks. Wait did he just overhear our conversation?
