"Okay so taking into account we had 6 factions earlier including the staff officers, let's minimize it and merge factions with similar traits or characteristics."
"Hmm...i'm getting your point so which factions have you merged Kisaki?" Mikey asked.
"Eight division and First division is the first consolidation and their squad would be headed by the STAFF SERGEANTS 'IZANA KUROKAWA' AND 'BAJI KEISUKE', the squad would have no more than 50 members, the members would the ones who are proficient in close proximity hand to hand combat." This formation irked Baji, he didn't much liking towards Izana for some reason.
"The fuck you mean me and Izana-san have to work together?" Baji asked.
"What Baji-chan you don't want to work with me I'm heartbroke." But Kisaki interrupted them and continued.
"Okay Going further, staff officers 'KISAKI TETTA AND HANMA SHUJI' ,7th division vice-captains 'KOKONOI AND INUI', 5th division captain 'SANZU HARUCHIYO' and 4th division captain 'HANEMIYA KAZUTORA' would be consolidated as the "COORDINATORS", headed by 'KISAKI'. This faction would be the phantom faction, those who will coordinate the intel, the on ground planning, putting the moles within Toman to use and of course coming up with the course of action.
7th division captain 'TAIJU SHIBA' and Vice-President 'KEN RYUGUJI' would command the "OFFENSIVE UNIT", members can be handpicked by the two executives themselves. The number should not exceed 70.
8th division vice-captain 'KAKUCHO' and Acting President 'HANGAKI TAKEMICHI' would command 'DEFENSIVE UNIT', this unit would comprise of 100 members. I will handpick these members with the commanders. Sub-units under this company would be headed by THIRD DIVISION CAPTAIN 'HAYASHIDA HARUKI' ,VICE CAPTAIN 'HAYASHI RYOHEI', First division captain 'CHIFUYU MATSUNO' and second division vice captain 'SHIBA HAKKAI'.
The next unit is the "FOUR WALL", headed by executives THE SIXTH DIVISION CAPTAIN 'KAWAYA NAHOYA' ,VICE CAPTAIN 'KAWAYA SOUYA', SECOND DIVISION CAPTAIN 'MITSUYA TAKASHI' and FIFTH DIVISION VICE CAPTAIN 'KAWARAGI SENJU' This unit is our only backup, each executive has full liberty to pick their subordinates." Everyone intently listened to their roles and agreed to it but what everyone were perplexed about was the role of their commander, the President of Tokyo Manji Gang.
"That is all." Kisaki ended.
"Wait wait, what's Mikey's role?" Draken asked and everyone nodded their head in concurrence.
"Nothing." Everybody was left apprehensive, what would could they possibly achieve without the backbone of Toman.
"Kisaki, what's your reasoning for this?" Mikey asked.
"Very simple, we win this battle without you or we don't win at all. Why do you think the crimson caped shadow sent us a personal invite and that to through your phone? You think he is stupid or if it's spontaneous? It only shows their supremacy over us and how gullible you were to them that they could easily send you an invite, imagine what else they could have done... Mikey-kun do you remember what he said at the end of the video? 'I will see you on christmas', he has no interest in Toman but in you." What Kisaki said made absolutely no sense to everyone but Mikey instantly replayed the video and found that that what he said was indeed true.
"So what do you propose Kisaki?"
"You just sit back and watch, he will indeed be a bit taken aback that you did not lead your gang to such a crucial tournament. It will only show how much trust you have in your gang and how they can easily win a battle without you. As you said we can't win this battle without utilizing all the what if's and if not's, we have to be one step ahead of them. Although I am confident we will easily win over Shibuya-13 what I am planning for is what lies ahead of us. Unlike those buffoons in Shibuya-13, The remaining four gangs have been radio silent about their heirarchy and units, till now I have zero intel on any of these gangs except for their gang leaders and we don't even know their names. So Mikey-kun keep yourself under the shadows although they know practically everything about us, our strengths and weaknesses but we will train each day and discover new skills, techniques the works but... don't you dare use them against Shibuya-13. Learn the ways of the phantom cause we will soon be a part of it, and this is going to be a big pain in the ass." For the first time, Mikey sensed anxiety in Kisaki's tonality we can fight the known, but how do you fight the unknown?
"Very well! Everyone present here, I know more than anybody how much hard work you have put in for Toman's future and present but now things are going to get much more worse, worst than ever before. This can be a do or die situation, yes... You can very well die, so I am giving you all the time to consider whether you want to be a part of this or not, I am not so selfless to ask any of you to give up your lives for Toman, you don't exist for Toman, Toman exists for you, all of you make Toman, remember that always. So even if one of the executives of Toman exits, we are not participating in this tournament. And I will hear no objections." Mikey asserted.
"Mikey I know you have given us time and of course others can take their time to decide for themselves but i'm not participating in this tournament, we don't know the ways of these monsters in the phantom strife, neither do I want to lose my own life nor I want to witness any of you dying ever." Mitsuya said, the founding members of Toman were all taken aback by this, the person they least expected to back out was Mitsuya but he had decided and so had Mikey.
"This finals it, we are no more part of this shit show. Kisaki I know you can send them our reply." Mikey ordered, though he was a bit taken aback he still respected his best friend's choice.
"Understood." And Kisaki complied without any objections.
"The meeting is adjourned all of you can go back home, I'm leaving for a bit." Mikey said and paced outside the room. Y/n followed him.
"Mitsuya what the fuck, seriously what the fuck." Baji asked facing Mistuya.
"What? I knew you couldn't understand Baji you function on instincts, you don't ever think of the future or the various possibilities."
"What did you just say? Hah...so you are abandoning Toman?"
"Abandoning? I'm saving you all, like Kisaki and Mikey said we don't how this strife functions, just pray to god they don't come after us individually."
"You are a fucking coward Mitsuya." This enraged Mistuya and for the first time he snapped at his best friend and he instantly grabbed Baji's collar.
"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT?!! THAT WE HELPLESSLY WATCH EACH OTHER DIE MERCILESSLY AT THE HANDS OF THOSE BASTARDS??!! DON'T YOU FUCKING VALUE YOUR LIFE??!! BAJI DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH EACH OF US IMPACT EACH OTHER??!! DO YOU THINK YOU CAN HANDLE ME DYING IN FRONT OF YOUR EYES OR ANYONE FROM TOMAN??!!" Something was burning within Mitsuya as if something like that had happened before, the feeling was too familiar to him but he didn't know if it was fear or reality. Baji was numb, he didn't know how to reply to his best friend.
"Forget it, you won't listen I am just wasting my energy but know one thing I won't participate in this death parade because I have someone and I have hope, I'm not giving up on it so easily not for stupid , foolish and selfish bastards like you who call themselves my best friends." Mitsuya immediately walked away from the room with Yuzuha running right after him.
Everyone in the room was speechless, how did this escalate to this level? No one knew what would happen next.
