Chapter 13

Y/n's POV

After a week lying in the hospital, waiting for the doctor's permission to leave, you finally left. You had to return in 6 weeks to get the stitches removed.

When you arrived at your house, you immediately got dressed and went out on your bike to visit the gang. You haven't contacted them in a week, and you knew for a fact they were worrying, especially Mikey.

You ran into the building, to see how low the mood was in the room. Everyone's eyes widened when they saw you as Draken walked over, placing his hand on top of your head,
" You're strong, I'll give you that, kid. Do us a favour and check on Mikey, he didn't process the accident well,"

Nodding, you walked into the next room to see him sat on his bed, facing the wall whilst wrapped in a blanket. He thought it was one of his friends trying to get him to eat again, but when he saw you, his breath hitched for a split moment. Not wasting anytime, he got up and pulled you into a tight embrace, almost knocking you over.

You wrapped your arms around him, letting him squeeze the oxygen out of you. He pulled away, needing to make sure you were real and sighed in relief,
" You scared the shit out of me, out of all of us,"

" Sorry,"

You grabbed his wrist, dragging him into the room with the others,
" Now go and eat. I know you haven't been eating well",

He obliged and ate a three whole bowls of ramen.
Tackemichi gave you a small hug, glad that your health was stable, in which you thanked him.
You stated, sipping on a glass of your favourite drink,
" Mu Mother said you can see me anytime, again,"

The room was silent but it was comfortable. You sat beside Mikey, tucking a bit of his blonde hair out of his face and around his ear, concerned,
" Promise me never to do this to yourself again, alright? I do worry too, you know?"

He sighed, sending you a small nod, earning a bright smile from you. After all the pain you went through and the week of being asleep, you still smiled. He admired you, as a gang member and as a best friend.

You checked the time and pouted a little, you're no longer aloud to leave the house after 5pm,
" I need to go. My Parent's time schedule for me is strict now. I'll see you guys tomorrow, alright?"

You gave everybody quick hugs and left. Baji shook his head, placing his long, black hair into a ponytail,
" She's to kind for her own good, it will get her killed someday,"

Mikey commented, looking up at him with a small smirk,
" Which is why we'll protect her, every moment and every day. She's the sister and mother of the gang,"

You arrived back at home and got showered and changed into some pyjamas before throwing yourself onto your bed. You opened your phone to see that you had a message from Eren.

Smiling, you opened it and read it,

Eren:
Date night, tomorrow? Of your choice since you survived.

Y/n:
How about a late night drive date? We'll go to the less popular parts of Shibuya and I'll get some blankets, some food and we'll just talk and admire the city at night.

Eren:
Perfect. Tomorrow, after school, 5pm

You squealed in excitement and ran down to tell your parents. They seemed quite happy that you two were getting along, almost as if it's meant to be. They aloud you to go out after 5pm only this once, since it honours the agreement they made with his Father.

You went to bad that night, excited about the next day and what's to come.
