five

School was harder than she had thought.

First, the teacher wouldn't turn the air-con on- and it was really hot, because she couldn't remove her jumper. 

Second, her collar was choking her- she had to button it all the way to the top to cover the bandage.

And third, the pain. 

It hurt like crazy. 

The bite mark on her neck, the bruises on her arms, her face, her lip- everything hurt, every inch of her. 

Each time she tried to forget about last night, she couldn't- Felix had done too much of a good job at biting the hell out of her. 

She was avoiding eye contact with everyone, since she felt they would see through her makeup and spot the bruises- and then she'd be questioned. 

Oh- and Felix. Mainly because of Felix. 

She didn't want to accidentally make eye contact with him. 

But she knew he was there. She could spot that blonde hair from miles away. 

Semi had texted her saying she wouldn't be here today, so Ara was on her own, since she had no other friends. 

They all thought she was an anti-social nerd because of her glasses.

But then that's where the problem came in.

She couldn't wear her glasses today, because Felix had left a bruise on her nose as well, right where her glasses went-

 And she tried, but the plastic made the bruise hurt even more, so she gave up, opened her last box of contact lenses and wore a pair to school instead. 

The box would  last her for two weeks, and the bruises should've healed by then, so she was two-week glasses-less.

And that's why all the girls suddenly started talking to her. 

It was random, but the girls in her class- Semi's friends, the popular girls, suddenly decided to say hi now that she wasn't wearing her glasses. 

It made her feel a little upset- that no one but Semi and Hyunjin accepted her with glasses. 

Well, Hyunjin made fun of them- so only Semi accepted her. 

Felix does, a little voice in her head said, but she shut it up, don't think about him.

"Soo, we're going shopping this weeekend, you wanna come with us, Ara?" One of the girls said. 

She had short brown hair and dazzling green eyes- she seemed to be the boss of the rest of them when Semi wasn't there. 

Her name was Sin Jiye. 

"H-huh? Oh..." her parents would probably say no, though, "It's fine. I have other plans."

Her parents. 

And suddenly, she wondered what her parents would say to all this. 

Did they see her last night? How did she get home, anyway? Was it Minho? 

Either way.... She was as good as dead if her parents find out. 

"Really? Plans with who?" This other girl with black curls asked in the most sarcastic voice ever.

"Oh... uh... I have plans with..." whoops, she didn't have an excuse. 

But then a certain someone popped into her head, "Hyunjin! I have plans with Hyunjin."

The girls shot the girl with the short brown hair a look. Jiye leaned in closer.

"Are you dating Hyunjin?" She whispered, and Ara flinched.
