A/N: Hey friends!<3 So I watched Saltburn for the first time a few weeks ago and it has been embedded in my brain since lol. The movie is just fantastic with a gorgeous cast and incredible cinematography. Although there are questionable scenes in the movie lol, I honestly think us Wattpad readers weren't phased by them like how the rest of the world reacted, because on here we have seen EVERYTHING!! Lol. So with that being said, I highly recommend watching the movie and I personally believe that watching the movie first, before reading this one shot, could make this one shot experience ten times better lol.
But for the girlies that aren't much into movies, here is a quick synopsis to get you to where we are at in this one shot story:

Felix Catton is gorgeous, rich, generous, and all around lovely. He attends Oxford University in 2006 with his cousin Farleigh and befriends a boy who is the complete opposite of them. Oliver Quick is short, nerdy, comes from a broken home, poor, shy, and slightly depressed. Felix pities Oliver and instead of Oliver spending the summer at home where things are awful, Felix invites him to his family's luxurious mansion for the summer; Saltburn. Cousin Farleigh isn't very enthused about the stay because he can read through Oliver's bullshit and doesn't have much use for Ollie. Felix believes that he has simply made a genuine friend in Oliver, however Oliver actually has a hidden agenda. Oliver is obsessed with Felix, in love with Felix, infatuated, and a bit psychotic. Oliver will do anything, and I mean ANYTHING, to stay in Felix's good graces as he continues to fall more and more infatuated with not only him but the Saltburn mansion as a whole. Oliver is committed to being an extreme people pleaser and making many sacrifices in hopes to impress the family, and in hopes of being able to stay at Saltburn forever.
My addition to the story is the character: Amaya Lennard. Amaya is the daughter of Chef Jocelyn, a live in Chef at Saltburn. Amaya and her mother are extremely close with the family and she has spent her entire life living in the castle with them being that her mother has been the live in Chef there for twenty plus years. Amaya and Felix have been in a life long relationship and have been destined for a life together for as long as they can remember, however this will soon bother Oliver Quick being that Amaya is simply getting in his way of Felix and Saltburn!
