The Night(mare)

3rd person POV

Lucy looks at her phone "7:48pm". Chris was supposed to meet her at her appartment at 6:30pm to go out to dinner. She gets up from the couch and tries to call him, he doesn't answer. She starts to get worried, but decides to wait it out a bit.

Lucy's POV

I'm sitting on the couch watching TOP chef when I hears keys in the door, it must be chris I thought to myself. When he walks through the door I can smell he has been drinking. "You're home so late, where did you come from?". I saw chris his demeanour change "You sound like my mom, I'm a grown man I can do what I want!". "I know but you proposed we would go out tonight so I was waiting for you".

"Oh shit Lucy I forgot" A smirk appears on his face and he says "I'm still up for dessert tho" he grabs me quite forcefully and tries to kiss me. I tell him I'm not in the mood right now and just want to go to bed. Chris' eyes fill with lust and I can see a look I'm not familiar with. I can feel his hand grabbing me tighter and it starts to hurt. "Chris you're hurting me, please let me go". Chris is getting angry "Why don't you want to have sex, are you in love with that bradford guy, is that it?" My face drops and I'm not sure what he means. "I- I- I don't know what you mean, Tim is my friend and nothing more I swear".

3rd person POV

" YOU ARE A LYING WHORE, I saw you with him and the way you look at him" Lucy is getting scared "Chris I don't know what you mean, why are you acting like this I didn't do anything wrong, I swear" Chris grabs lucy by the throat and backs her into a wall. Lucy tries to scream but nothing comes out. Chris' eyes fill with anger and again some look lucy is not familiar with, it's a cold look that sends shivers down her spine. He comes closer to her and whispers "I'm going to fuck you till you forget that bradford guy and if you resist I'm going to beat you till you can't stand up anymore"
Lucy feels helpless while Chris start to undress her, she managed to push his shoulders and back him up but that just made him even more angry. As Chris slams her into the wall and punches her she screams. After awhile Chris stand up and start to undress himself, Lucy tries to grab her phone and clicks a number to try and alert someone. She clicks on Tim's phone number and it starts ringing, Chris turns around so she throws her phone away hoping he doesn't notice.

Tim's POV

It's 8:20pm and I'm watching a rams game, we are winning and I'm feeling quite good. I just ate my take out with Kojo next to me and all of a sudden my phone starts to ring. He sees it's Lucy, why is she calling me. "Hey Lucy, what'sgoing on?" She doesn't respond but he does heqr some wimpering on the background, all of a sudden he ehars chris screaming at her and then it hangs up.

Tim doesn't know what to do and decides to put on some clothes tose if she's okay. He gets in his truck and starts speeding to her appartement.

Lucy's POV

I'm lying on the ground hoping that I managed to call someone for help, as chris turns around he punches me and I'm suddenly unconscious. When I wake up I'm suddenly in my room and Chris is on top of me, I'm completely undressed and chris is raping me. I try to push him off but he is too strong. I kick and punch him but nothing helps. As I fight him back he starts getting rougher and rougher, I can feel myself slipping back into unconsciousness.

Tim's POV

I already called Angela so she could try and get back up if things go south. I arrive at her appartement and go in, I run up the stairs and get to her door. I can't hear anything so I decide to kick the door in after Lucy doesn't answer my calls. I get in her appartement and don't see anyone, as I go in her room I'm shocked at what I see. Lucy is lying on her bed, she's fully undressed and there is blood everywhere. I quickly call an RA as Angela and back up arrive at the appartement, everyones eyes go wide as they enter the room, Angela qucikyl covers her up as the paramedics arrive.
