A baby

After I left the gym, I headed home, I got to thinking it's been two weeks since the procedure was done, we're just waiting to see if Falicia is pregnant, I got home from the gym and Pie is on the couch crying, I ran to him and asked what's wrong, he kept crying I asked him did something happen to someone in the family. He stopped crying and hugged me, he said we're going to be fathers, Falicia is carrying our child, I tried to hold back the tears, but I couldn't, and I cried too.

I pulled away and said we're going to be new fathers, we are so blessed to have Manny and CJ, and now a baby is coming to our family, I asked him has he told the rest of the family, he said yes, he did. And he explained to CJ about what's about to happen, I asked him how he took it.

Pierre said CJ wants someone to play with, and now that he goes to school, he said he'll teach the baby to color and play, and the baby can watch Bandit for him while he's at school. Bae told me how CJ tried to take Bandit to school again, he had him in his book bag, I told him we'll let CJ bring the pup when it's show and tell again, bae kissed me and said one day we'll be saying the same thing about our baby.

The doorbell rang, Liz came from the back she said she'll get the door, she heard all this crying going on in here, folks act like this is the first time a same sex couple was expecting a baby, she went and answered the door.

We heard Liz say what's all of this junk, Dyland and EJ the third came into the room, I need to give EJ a nickname since there's so many Ekim's in his family, anyway, they had stuff for a kid. Pie asked them what's all of that stuff, Dyland said just stuff for their new nephew or niece, Liz told them there so silly a baby can't play with a football or a rocking horse, there just silly she left the room.

Dyland said still the baby will have this stuff when he's old enough to play with it, EJ told Dyland to stop saying him, when he first said nephew or niece, Dyland said whatever the baby is he'll be a good uncle but look at all of us, it's obvious males run in the family.

Pie said male or female he'll love the baby, Dyland said tell the truth we want a boy don't we, I told him as long as the baby is healthy that's all we want, Dyland said of course we want the baby boy to be healthy, EJ told him again to stop.

Little brother when are you two going to settle down and start on your own family, Dyland said one day, but for now they enjoy CJ, and plus they can bring him home anytime they want, right now they're enjoying each other. Liz came back into the room and said with all the sex they're having it's a good thing men can't get pregnant, she said she's off to pick CJ up from school.

I told her it's kind of early for that, she said he has a doctor's appointment, Manny and Jamie will meet them there, and if she knows them, they'll take the baby to kid's world they just spoil him, I said like she doesn't. Liz said she doesn't spoil anyone but a child needs love, she left.

Dyland said she told me, I told him to shut it, we sat down and talked, Dyland said how does Liz always knows what we're talking about, Pie said she just does. EJ said not only that, but he still doesn't get it about Falicia wanting to be a surrogate, her family has money, he knows her brother and he spends his family's money very well. Pie told him she's not doing it for the money, she just wants to help us.

Dyland said whatever her reasons she's carrying his nephew, and that makes her alright with him, I told him don't start with that nephew stuff again, I told them I'm going upstairs to shower, Dyland said so that's what that smell is, yeah, go wash my ass as he pointed to it.

I told him I'll deal with him later, I went upstairs, I'm going to be a father again, but whatever God blesses us with, we'll love the baby, boy, no girl let me stop I'm sounding like Dyland.
