Real life
It had been a week since she had gotten that call from her acting agent. They had fixed everything they needed to fix, like her schedule so she'd be able to meet Francis and also so that Francis could meet with her. It was a long process but now she was finally in Poland after a very tiring flight. The flight had been 13 hours and despite flying first class it wasn't comfortable. She didn't like airplanes and flying but it was the only way she could really get out the country so she learned how to deal with it. She was meeting with Francis at a restaurant. She didn't really know anything around here but she'd find her way around. Her assistant had her hotel room all prepared and her bags were already at the hotel room so she could go see Francis without all her baggage. Poland was such a beautiful country, looking around in amazement Julie snapped a few pictures, excited to be here. She had never been here or in Germany. She was still young and liked to travel and she always took those opportunities when she was on tour.
Once she got a cab she was finally making her way to the restaurant feeling her stomach start hurting from how anxious she was and her palms were getting sweaty. It was Francis Lawrence how could she be chill? She didn't know if anyone had been casted already since they hadn't felt put out anything but they probably have. She was still wondering who'd be playing Coriolanus snow. She had read the books and knew a decent amount of information so knowing she might get a chance to play Coriolanus future wife was a big deal. After a few more moments of thinking the cab came to and end. She paid and got out of the cab, feeling a fresh breeze of air hit her face. She inhaled, smelling the fresh cold air. She made her way inside and spotted Francis, he got up and went over to her, introducing himself. Most of the talking was about contracts, places they'd film and the amount of time this would take. He seemed excited and seemed very genuinely nice and interested in her being on this project which made her feel pretty good about herself and about her audition. As they talked more they bonded over music and other small things. He was a very cool chill person and easy to get along with.
He finished chuckling and sighs "getting back to business id like you to do a chemistry read with the actor who will be playing Coriolanus. I just want to see your guys dynamic and see how well you two work with each other. I think you two are a perfect match tho you'll love him"
She smiles happily as she took a sip of her wine, wondering who he was. "I really do hope so and thank you for even meeting with me and keeping me in mind for this role"
"Ugh darling when I see talent I make sure I bag them before anyone else" he said playfully causing Julie to let out a small laugh.
Once dinner was over, Julie was scheduled for a chemistry read tomorrow with the mystery guy. She wondered why Francis didn't mention his name if she'd be meeting him anyway. Maybe he forgot? She shrugged it off and went straight to her hotel, feeling exhausted but also pretty excited which was the only thing keeping her up. When she got in her room she went directly to her bed, plopping down and trying to stay awake but sleep won this time.
