Real life

After dinner they were strolling down the streets of Berlin. Rachel and Josh were walking in front of them, in their own little world. Julie was behind with Tom, feeling slightly awkward and nervous ever since the kiss. She didn't dare to make eye contact unless he spoke.

Tom could feel the moods change. He didn't like that they were acting this awkwardly. He didn't want it to go this way. He finally broke the silence when he saw Rachel and Josh were further down the street "We should get croissants" he said half joking causing Julie to laugh quietly, nodding "Let's gooo" she looked over at Rachel and Josh "Guys!" She called out "do you guys want to go to the cafe?"

Rachel knew this could be time for them to be alone so she quickly shook her head and hoped that Josh would too "No were good! I'm tired we're heading back to the hotel but you guys can" she smiles innocently causing Julie to catch on.

Josh looked over at Rachel confused "what I want-" she quickly cut him off and said her byes to the two.

"We'll go to another one, they need some alone time" she smiles innocently

Julie looked up at Tom "they're weird" she jokes as they started walking to the cafe.

As they got to the cafe tom opened up the door from her, smiling softly as she thanked him. It was pretty crazy to her how she met him first at a cafe and how they bumped into each other before even knowing who each other was and then they officially met when they did their chemistry read. It was crazy how it all worked. If only she knew all along there was some invisible string tying them together.

Tom lined up with her and pulled out his phone, taking a picture of her when she wasn't looking. He smiled to himself, smiling at how effortlessly beautiful she looked. He put his phone away as they were up to order. They both ordered some coffees and croissants. Toms eyes lit up "We should do a review together" he suggested

Julie gasped "Are you inviting me to your famous croissants reviews?"

He chuckled and nodded "Yess I want to see what you think of it and how it compares to my expertise" he teased

Julie laughed softly and nodded "okay okay bet" she went over with him to a table and watched Tom getting his phone out again.

"They're going to think we're weird and psycho" he joked

"Mmm you kinda are" Julie teased and laughed a bit "I'm joking I'm joking" she reassured

Tom fake glared at her and nodded "Okay okay let's start I've been waiting to make new croissants content"

"At this point you should make a YouTube channel" she teased causing him to chuckle.

He propped his phone up in the middle of them on the table and started recording. He could see Julie through the camera trying not to laugh which also caused him to hold back a laugh. "Hello guys, I'm here with my dear friend Juliette you guys might know her she's suuuuper talented even if she doesn't admit it. Anyways we're going to be doing a croissant review" he said and he showed the croissant to the screen, Julie looking around and laughing quietly

"That old couple is definitely judging" she said and Tom looked over before chuckling and looked at her, admiring her for a bit "Are you ready?"
